SWFL plumbing did an excellent job replacing our water heater and a toilet. Fast, helpful, cleaned up after themselves and left things they way they found them. Polite and courteous. Will definitely use them again !

This is a fantastic plumbing company! Called on a Sunday, Labor Day weekend no less and not only did they answer the call, they were polite and the tech was here when promised. The work was quality and completed efficiently for a reasonable fee. We were so impressed in fact, we signed up for their offered plumbing maintenance plan. Totally worth every penny. Too many of us take our plumbing needs for granted until there's a problem and with so many to choose from it restores faith that some companies actually do care and for that reason, they have earned a LIFETIME customer and every opportunity I have to recommend them, I will!

I noticed the fitting above the water heater to the expansion tank was leaking. I called in the morning and Logan come out later that morning. Logan was very professional and explained all the steps he was taking to complete the job. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH HIRING THIS FIRM AGAIN. But understand SWFL Plumbing is a normal plumbing company who has set made-up pricing and questionable replacement policies. No discounts are offered at time of service when asked....... until later they try to sell a yearly policy that comes with a discount.

I had a leaking hot water heater that had me quite panicked due to its location inside of my house. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently starting with my initial phone call for service to the completion of the job. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional, yet kind and courteous as well. The plumbers that did the work, Vilmar and his associate (I'm sorry I forgot to get his name!) were wonderful.
I would definitely use SWFL Plumbing again in the future if needed.

From the moment my call was answered until the job was completed, SWFL Plumbing's staff could not have been any better! We had an issue where our well pump broke, and the job was completed in record time and for a fair price. The team that came to make the repair went above and beyond to ensure I was understanding the entire process and even took the time to show me the inside of my well with their scope camera. Vilmar did a great job fixing our master bathroom shower heads and was very knowledgeable! He told us the reason for clogging and recommended a yearly maintenance flush of our water heater to prevent sediment buildup. Would highly recommend their team!

Provided through explanations and recommendations. Did an excellent job fixing the bathroom and kitchen sinks in an old 80s home during our DIY remodel. Would highly recommend!

Our hot water heater stopped working after a recent thunderstorm. We were not getting power to the heater and did not have hot water. I called the answering service and received a return call from Luc on his day off. This was on a Saturday. Luc came out found the wiring that burned after the power surge and completed the repair in a very short time. The service was great and completed very quickly. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely use SWFL Plumbing again for any plumbing issues in the future.

I called SWFL Plumbing because my water heater went out over night. They were very professional and were able to have a quote for me and schedule me that same day. Logan and Luc arrived on time and their work looked excellent! They made sure to meet all code requirements and ensure the job was done correctly. For the outstanding service and the cost for a professional install, they can't be beat! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called SWFL plumbing this morning and I got an appointment for this afternoon. The plumber was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything that had to be done and cleaned up after himself. I feel very confident that my plumbing problems were resolved. Excellent company.

My business went to SWFL Plumbing because Luc was the only plumber that was able to assess the issue and provide a recommendation to identify the root cause of the leak.

I had a water damage issue that caused my drywall, baseboard and a corner of my carpet to be wet. When I tore down the drywall, I could see that the cement block had a water stain, but there wasn't a visible leak from a pipe so it was hard to pinpoint where it was coming from.

There is the main water pipe that goes outside through the cement block. Luc recommended me to shut off the main water overnight and use the dehumidifier to see if the water stain evaporates and it did! I had 3 plumbers, leak detection and remediation come and give their ideas where the water was coming from and only Luc was able to give me a solid way to figure it out. I wish I had reached out sooner.

After confirm, a different crew with Milan oversaw the actual replacement of the pipe and he was equally as informative and helped explain everything about the materials and the pipe. They replaced the hose bib and pipe and added a shut off valve that came under budget compared to other competitors so I was definitely happy with the work and price.

I do some plumbing myself so I partially know what to watch for. I gave them 5 stars because they did very good work. I will point out that they damaged the drywall removed to the point that I couldn't put it back to patch the hole. This will cost me additional money. Not a big deal but, could have been avoided. Also, notice how the plumber didn't tape his wrench when tightening the shower fixture so the finish was damaged. Anyway, the traps under the sink don't leak and overall I'm very happy. I would hire them again for sure as no one is perfect but, these guys are definately reputable and do very good work.

UPDATE: Jan 2025 I had SWFL Plumbing back out to investigate my plugged sewer connection. We dug up the yard, ran snakes several times and we struggled to find the plug. Luc came out with special equipment and we found the problem. This company does great work.

Luc and his team are ALWAYS superb when they come to the house for repairs and replacements! Both in their plumbing skillz and their professionalism. They replaced our aging washer box, valves, and hot & cold water hoses on their most recent visit. We paid to become personal customer members of the company and we got our cost discount as they promised. They won't charge you for or tell you to replace something that you don't need. That's the best asset for this company.....honesty & integrity.

Luke came out today because we had an emergency. He was sooooo great he stayed with us to get the job done. WE HAVE WATER!!! While he was here he cleaned our water heater which was scheduled for later this month. He was professional, had all the right tools and supplies and was just a pleasure.
