This is the worst company you can possibly work with. I am giving 1 star simply because it would not let me give negative. I had them come out to replace a water heater and fix and air conditioner. Turns out it was the kickstarter and needed 1lb of freon. That was 650. A little high, but thought they would take care of us on the water heater. They sure did. 1250.00 to install a water heater. They added a drain line by "drilling" read kicking a hole through our wall just to make sure I needed a drywaller to come as well. When questioning the 1250 charge and showing an add for 495.00 water heaters, the owner Guy got so defensive and told me that add never should have been run and they need to make money on buying water heaters. He also said there was so much entailed. I disagree as total time spent on job was 40 mins. Super involved job. Stay far away as there are so many better options such as Bergau plumbing. Live and learn and boy have I learned. Guy you should be ashamed of treating families who have helped you as much as mine has this way.

I will add to my review as they have decided to challenge the validity. I had a friend time the work that was done. That is how I know it was 40 minutes. I also did not have to replace the drywall behind the heater as it has a few specks of mold from the humidity caused by the water leaking. I will add a picture for proof. Also I will add the picture of the spot that the tech clearly kicked a hole in our wall. Funny too, they don't address the fact that they have an add running for 495.00 water heaters installed. I knew it would be more than that for the drain pan, but not 1250.00 total. Also we had the wall ready for the heater install before the tech left and we told him he could put it in right then. He said he couldn't because the office told him to go to the next and come back later. And yes my brother in law did a lot of work in another business with the owner, it was less than reciprocal. Plus, I was not looking for a deal because of their relationship, simply an honest and fair price. I received neither and I am simply telling my story. You can decide for yourselves if you make the call to GP or not.

I had Mike and Frank at my house to replace shut offs for washer, replace kitchen faucet, fix 2 toilets and replace the main shut off. They had everything done quicker than I was expecting and gave me some tips for keeping things running better. They did not know for sure what parts they would need until they got here. I needed to have a new water line installed along with changing out four brass water valves that were corroded and I could not close them. After speaking with Alysa in the office, who is very customer focused on what I needed to have done, we set up the appointment. Mike arrived on time & I want to give the highest praise to Mike, my technician, who did all of the requested work. Mike was articulate and professional from start to finish.The old leaking water line had to be abandoned, as it ran through the wall and out to the refrigerator. Mike was able to run the new water line from under the sink, through the kitchen cabinets out to the refrigerator. Amazing and you cannot see the new water line as he ran it from above and secured the water line with small copper clips to prevent any sagging of the water line.Thank you GP Plumbing!

Guy, who is the owner of GP Plumbing, along with Chris did a wonderful job assessing my whole house water filtration and conditioning needs. They installed the HALO 5 system. Our water now tastes amazing! We now have healthy and safe drinking water along with healthy bathing, washing, laundering, cooking water which will also prolong the life of our bathroom fixtures, and home appliances. They are very professional and knowledgeable to work with. Crystal in the office quickly provided me with a proposal and scheduling for the next day! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs for both residential and commercial!

We needed a warranty replacement of our water heater in a vacation home. Francisco with GP Plumbing handled the install and was very professional and swapped it out in no time! We let him know we were on a time crunch that day and he was able to get it installed quickly and correctly. He also was able to address a secondary issue that came up with a shower faucet cartridge during the same visit. These things can be a pistol and he was able to get that done quickly as well. He clearly is very knowledgeable about his trade and his work shows it. I have used GP for other projects, including a larger scale project on behalf of the association and they are now my go-to plumbers in Cape Coral.
