We needed a leaking kitchen faucet fixed, shut offs replaced and a drainage basket on the sink replaced. I had gotten a replacement cartridge and the drainage basket already. The faucet was so corroded that they couldn't get it out, so while my husband ran to the store to get a completely new faucet they did the other work and then installed the new faucet. They were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They didn't over charge ( I already knew about how much it should cost, I have a plumber friend that lives out of town and he told what would be a reasonable charge). Would definitely use them again.

MONAHANS are great. They work as a team, able to evaluate quickly and always have the equipment needed to get the job done in one trip. They are funny and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Can you say perfection...... I got my new water heater installed and they had to fix the pipes behind that because the pipes were gross. They showed me I could believe how bad it was. also, they installed a sink in the garage next to my washer and dryer which also had to replace pipes because they were gross. they also fixed my toilet and my bathtub valve. trust me all this was no joke, I almost started to cry because I thought they were going to kill me in the price. but...... I will presently surprise they were completely affordable and didn't take advantage of me at all. I asked my boss who builds homes what he thought about the price, and he said wow don't pass that up. So, mama is super happy, and I would recommend this father son team to everyone. I officially have plumbers that I can trust. Plus, it helps that they are so nice and explain everything to you.

30 dollars to fill a propane tank? Won't be going back, I can exchange anywhere in Cape Coral for about 20. In my experience, having your tank filled as apposed to exchanging is usually cheaper.

If you can't find it on online, at Lowe's or home depot then you'll find it here. Very knowledgeable and was able to find the sink part I needed with in minutes. For now on this will be my first stop when it comes to my plumbing needs.

Went in to refill propane tank I failed to ask if they took credit cards. We filled tank I went into pay was $10.00 short on cash they don’t take American Express I said I will pick up tank when I get the cash NOPE she said come back next week we will settle up take the tank. This keeps happening to me in the Cape.
