Great experience from start to finish! Our issue was a leaking bath/shower faucet. I called at 10 am and was greeted with such kindness and professionalism by Dolly. She scheduled Skylar to come out asap. He was here within an hour which is unheard of! Upon arrival, Skyler introduced himself and shared his company card. He pinpointed the problem within 5 mins and resolved within 20! I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was Skyler professional, and a master of his craft but he was friendly and time efficient. Additionally, the job was cost efficient and fair. I will be calling Ibis for all and any future issues. Thank you!

I definitely recommend Ibis Plumbing! I had reached out late in the afternoon via voicemail concerned because I needed something quick. Ibis Plumbing called me back quickly in the morning and had given me a quote and told me they could send someone out by the following morning. The best part of this experience was the people working here. Dolly was awesome getting everything scheduled and ready, and Skylar was my plumber. I could tell they both were kind, passionate, and responsive. You will be hearing from me in the future again!!

Skyler was very friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. He even checked my water softener on his way out and discovered it was unplugged! Great service.

The entire process, from contacting the office to Skylar’s arrival to reestablish our water supply, was executed flawlessly. He efficiently replaced the main water valve in our condo, along with seven other non-functional valves.

Jorge was recommended by our regular plumber for service on our tankless water heater. He came same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and was available right away to install it when it came in. We appreciate the prompt and efficient service and the hot showers! Highly recommended and although we hope we don't need them in the future, we won't hesitate to call if we do. Thank you.

Ibis responded quickly to my 'emergency' and sent someone the same day. They were knowledgeable and very professional and had me back in service in short order.
