We had a bathroom remodel and Skylar from Ibis Plumbing did a wonderful job unhooking the plumbing, moving plumbing, and then hooking everything back up. And then installing new sinks and facets. He is also very nice. It was a pleasure working with him.

IBIS plumbing is amazing to work with!! Anytime I have ever needed help they respond ASAP and get the issue fixed. I don’t have to follow up with them- they take care of everything start to finish!!! The peace of mind of knowing that potential plumbing issues in my studios is a call way from being resolved is a big deal to me given our nature of business. Today, I called before hours , left a message , 30 minutes later I received an email saying my job was scheduled and within an hour they were there and situation fixed. 100% recommend them!!!

Ibis Plumbing has been a pleasure to do business with. I live in a condo and the city made the unit owners install a back flow unit. The girl who answers the phone (sorry, can't remember her name) was professional and informative throughout the process. The work was done fast within a few hours so i was not without water for long. I overpaid them for the work and they were honest enough to bring me my check back so i could write one for the lesser amount. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality of work, and integrity.

Dolly, was just amazing! responded to my inquiry immediately asked an answered questions honestly. Scheduled the tech early morning sent updates when tech was in route Skylar, Was tremendously professional, and Personal with a great sense of humor. Unbelievably efficient explained the process explained the final product zero time wasted and we were up and running again. Great customer service and great company. This is just a story of kindness from the owners of the company. My boyfriend and I were out to eat and we casually picked up conversation with George and his wife and beautiful family. They were like angels to us, just being warm and friendly and after finding out some personal information about us ended up treating us to our dinner and it made us both sit in our car after dinner and cry about how crazy and kind they were to us. We had a great experience with Ibis, Jorge came to do a small repair on a water leak from the meter. We had reached out to a few company’s to get this repaired, I can assure you ibis is the best, and not just pricing, craftsmanship and attention detail and most important transparency. There is no hidden fees or cost. Just an honest company doing honest work.

I highly recommend Ibis for your plumbing needs. Skyler fixed my hot water after months without hot water in the shower. He is knowledgeable and polite, hard to come by these days. Dolly in the office is wonderful. I feel like I can talk to her everything. We are contracted with them for the City of Cape Coral UEP sewer connection. I know we are in good hands with them.

Skylar came out and installed my new kitchen faucet. Super polite and did a great job. The staff communicates well, and Skylar arrived when they said he would. Ibis Plumbing will be our go to when plumbing needs arise.

IBIS Plumbing worked along side the city water department crew to install and test city mandated backflow preventers. They were very efficient and did it with minimum disruption to the residents in our condominium complex They left the work area very neat when they completed the installation.
Their prices were very reasonable and their staff were very polite, kind and professional. They addressed all concerns I had prior to the installation. They were proficient and on time, arriving on site when they said they would be there.
I would highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs and I will definitely be calling on them as well as referring them to all my friends for any future plumbing needs!
