A Karen is working there; she has crazy eyes, you can’t miss her. She attacked my mom, claiming she was stealing the food she “bought” there for the homeless. My mother sends the food along with clothing to Haiti. My mom doesn’t deserve that type of response. I was so heated because she was very aggressively putting her finger in my mothers face and yelling at her; my mother was shocked and close to tears because she didn’t see anything wrong with sending the stuff to Haiti. I understand that she supposedly bought everything, but her actions were unnecessary and tasteless. She needs a psych evaluation because her anger was profoundly rooted and who knows when she’ll snap again.

This place is a rip-off. Went to fill 4 Grill propane tanks normally with a fill they charge by the gallon. The tanks max is 4.5 gallons if completely empty. They charged 30.00 flat fee per tank. The total gallons to fill them was 18. Gas is 4.50 per gallon so the cost at u-haul or tractor supply would have been 81.00 they charged 120.00. Then they tried to tell me no one sells by the gallon. Rip-off.

Lowe's and Home Depot are much closer to me. I go out of my way to shop this store. The ladies that own and operate this store know plumbing. And they carry everything. Good quality better than the box stores.

Friendly staff, extremely helpful, was able to find oddball parts in a few hours and have them next day, when the plumber couldn't find them in almost 5 months!

I own a hardware back in Detroit and needed some parts for a sprinkler system. No problem, I was allowed into the back, picked the parts and was out w/much better pricing than a box store would provide.

I wanted to take a moment and thank the ladies at Lee County Plumbing and Supply. We recently completed a project and could not have done it without them. The knowledge and experience within this business will far exceed your expectations. When you walk in here, don’t talk to the man in charge, talk to the ladies who know their stuff.

Lady told me she could not fill my tank as it had propane in it. I informed her I wanted to fill it and she said she could not and then became very rude. I have had similar experiences at this business when purchasing plumbing supplies. I will not return to this business moving forward and will never promote this business to anyone else.

We went to Lee County Plumbing thinking that they would be helpful and kind. We told her that we need Positemp specifically. She sold us ones that were different, and then she was very rude about insisting that it was our fault instead. Then charged us $250 restocking fee for two shower heads!

Quality service. Today Dee was working, I had MANY problems, She sold me what i needed, and gave me instructions too, Thanks !

I was there twice today. The staff was polite and extremely helpful. I am not a plumber and they provided the parts and advice to help me efficiently complete 2 replacement projects! Many thanks.

I went to have my propane tanks filled for my RV both tanks where partially full. but we are going on a long trip so i need to make sure we have enough for the trip. The lady did tell me it would be 21.00 to fill each tank i said that is fine thinking once she realized the tanks just needed to be topped off she would only charge me for what i received . She put less than 5 pounds in both tanks . No she still charged for two tanks of gas which i think is bad business i am a local business owner and i would never charge someone for something they didn't get at that point your just stealing from them . If anything they should just charge a tank fee for switching tanks not for a product they never received. next time i know to go to a more reputable company where the workers can think for them self's and make decisions on how to charge the customer.

This store absolutely stole from my wife about 20 minutes ago... September 25th 2024 at about 8:45 a.m. As we await landfall of hurricane Helene... There is a shortage of propane tanks everywhere and we are new to the state of Florida and didn't realize having a propane tank is going to be important... My wife went to this place for two 20 lb propane tanks and took advantage of my hospice, RN wife. My wife doesn't know the average cost of a propane tank... This woman charged my wife $90 cash and gave her a receipt for $70 which my wife didn't notice till after she left.. and then the store says that they didn't take credit cards and my wife was out of cash so they allowed her to do a Zelle transaction and charged another $90 for a 2nd tank... Then when we called them out on it, they denied it.... This place is run by liars and thieves.

This plumbing store has most things you need or can get them for you. The owners have a lot of knowledge that they’re willing to share. The prices are fair and the service is great.

We had an emergency due to a water leak and they were here within an hour. Great service and Jason Jackson the plumber that did our job was great.

I had a great experience working with these folks. Upon arriving to our condo we had both toilets leaking from the gaskets. Of course the shut off valves no longer worked. These folks worked with me for 4 days as required parts could not be found anywhere. They allowed me to borrow the necessary tool to change out the shut off valve, sent me home with different parts to try and shared their knowledge with me every step of the way. I am most appreciative of all the help!

Very inconvenience for the working people. .. also there prices are out of control. Will drive the extra miles n go elsewhere.

Lazaro has done a great job. He came out diagnosed the problem, came back promptly when part was available and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Lee plumbing and especially Lazaro if you have any plumbing repair needs.

Helped me in the past with a well issue a few months back. Not bad service. Technician did solid work. Recently had a hot water heater issue. Called the company to ask for help immediately tried to talk about sending a tech put to give an estimate. I asked an AI bot for help amd gave me 6 solutions. 1st one worked immediately. AI is a more effective solution for small jobs

They have stuff here that the big stores don't carry.. very knowledgeable
