John Sage. This gentleman was spectacular and provided a profound inspection and even discovered and out of service extinguisher and replaced it immediately. He was professional and highly competent answer some of our questions of safety, use, and maintenance of the equipments within our facility. Would definitely be lucky to have him at our location again.

5 star review for legit 5 star service! Our Tech John Sage was great! He had an opening, called ahead, and knocked out our safety check! Very friendly and professional.

I called the Pye barker for inspection for years until last time. The tech of Pye barker gave me a nonsense report and $4700 maintenance quote. So I decided to find a new company for inspection. Piper was recommended by my neighbor. Easy application and quick response. My technician is Steve, he’s very experienced and knowledgeable. He saw the tag and notes from previous company, so he checked every detail to find out what was going on. NOTHING! He said nothing wrong with my system !!

I am glad that I chose Piper fire this time. I am happy to be a long term customer! Thumb up for Steve. 👍

Both Alyssa and Alex were efficient, had great attention to detail, offered expert advice, insightfully answered any follow clarifying questions I had and did not present any challenges to our daily operations. 10/10, I’d recommend!
