They came out to the sub floor, and did a good job, a little few issues but nothing that would warrant anything unhappy. The Under pinning.
A total different case. It will cease after this work order commiting to any more work.
Justin did 2 quotes both wrong. But was advised that payment would not be required untill completetion of the Job and then we had 4 months to finish the bill. Well that just failed. As we were told we need to pay a quater now at Start.
The quote was wrong the job didnt get finished in the correct time scales due to the error.
The crews are great. The Staff who come to your home are friendly and considerate. But oh boy who does their quoting and then ethics. Needs to be schooled on business pricipals.

Just got a quote from Justin. What a honest person! It blew my husband and I away! This is a rarity when dealing with customer service. My friend had their barrier done by this company and the job was done BEAUTIFULLY. Can't wait to see ours!! Don't think twice about giving this company a call! Thanks again Justin!

No complaints about the floor installation....but the workmanship in replacing the molding was horrendous. They broke several pieces when removing it. They bent nails. Then, towards the end when they were rushing to finish, the molding wasn’t even attached flush to the wall.
I called the company this morning and spoke with Robert. He offered to send someone out to “button it up”. I declined as we will fix it ourselves. I told him that they do a lot of advertising in our park, Winds of St Armands, and I’m not sure I could vouch for them. He apologized for the work and wished me a Happy New Year.

Kurt came out and supplied a detailed estimate. Answered my questions and explained how everything works, timeframe and details. He was on time, professional and friendly. The crew lead by Rufus did vapor barrier, added supports, lifted duck work off groubd, insulation and added clips to secure mesh around foundation. Excellent job that was explained and all showen to me as it progressed. Quality workmanship with friendly and professional interactions. Very pleased with job done. Good clean up after the job was completed. The crew lead by Hernan did the entior work which was removing flooring, remove baseboards, moving furnirure, putting in New plywood subfloor, replacing flooring, replacing baseboards and putting furniture back. Excellent work done by professional and friendly crew. My questions answered along with seeing work. Cleaned up after was complete. Showed on time and work all performed as detailed. My job experience was excellent and would look no where else but using this company again for sure. I appreciated the high quality professional job performed.

The crew came out to our park model trailer in Ft Pierce to re-level after some settling. They were polite, clean, fast, friendly, and did a great job. The company charges a bit higher fee than others, but they were the only company to return our calls for service.

Was not pleased with the service. First of all after they "leveled" the home, our back door would not open. It was wedged so tight we literally couldn't open it. Second the master bedroom and bathroom doors would not shut completely. We called to let them know this and was told they would schedule a visit for Thursday or Friday. Well of course that never happened, I should have known when a definite time wasn't given. No one bothered to call and let us know anything. Third the workers left all of their empty water bottles and trash underneath our home, they didn't bother to pick anything up. They could have at least put these items in our trash on their way out. My elderly parents are the ones who chose this company and I feel they were not given good service. We have since fixed the problems on our own. I assure you that we will not use this company any more nor recommend them to anyone either.

They gave me an outrageous quote to level my mobile home. $3200.00 to level and replace all 24 piers with new, he said my piers were disintegrating. Thank goodness I got other quotes by people the mobile home builders trust, 2 of them said it only needs a few piers at $35 a piece, and $500 to level. I will never contact this company again! Buyer BEWARE!!!

This company is not reputable. We spent 4900. On vapor barrier work under our home. First crew came and only did part of the job. After calling them 2 other men showed up and they were clueless. So then another crew came the next day. They finished the job that the others didnt. I told Sean(person on the phone) from the beginning not to send people who were incapable of doing the job. So what does he send but the worst of the worst! The first crew had a supervisor who spent the entire time in air conditioned truck. What a mess!! Stay away from this company. All I can say is I hope it’s completed correctly because I’ll be back!!!

I will give the company 3 stars even though they didn’t actually level my home. They also left random materials under my home that are not being used for anything just random cinder blocks and wood just sitting on the ground not holding anything up or doing anything random trash under my house that wasn’t there before . Disappointed I spent this money for a leveling and didn’t actually get my house leveled. I’m give the stars I did give because of the person who came and did the inspection Justin was amazing very professional and very helpful. Justin explained everything to me where I’d understand and he went in detail about the work they should have done. Again just really disappointed in the actual work that was done. Skirting on my house wasn’t put back up properly either. So that’s frustrating. Hurricane ian messed up my house and before I get my roof replaced I need the home to be level. So yet again I’m delaying getting my roof fixed as my house isn’t leveled.i also asked for pictures a few times and never was given any and I’m unsure if any were taken.

We got a few bids from companies for the replacement of our vapor barrier and anchors. Justin by far was the most pleasant , knowledgable salesman we had come out! He broke down all the prices and explained everything and was very patient with all of our concerns. We did our research before we made the final decision and found out this company has been in business for a long time and they are well known in our park with all great reviews. We did get bids from other companies but they were not as knowledgable and also had not been in business for very long and that did not sit well with us. We did have one company pushing to get the job and they wanted to start the next day, which I though was strange, like they were desperate for work. We chose Florida Anchor and Barrier and they did a great job. They gave us a date, showed up on time, did it in a timely manner like Justin had explained and left the outside area of our home they way they found it, spotless. The workers were very polite young men. I would recommend them again to all of my neighbors! Wonderful company.

Great service, extremely professional. Came on time, explained the work to be done. When finish they check with me for any questions or concerns. They provided and email with the pictures of the work done. Highly satisfied with them. Wish more businesses were this easy and professional to deal with.

Was just coming out of my neighborhood on 58th Avenue heading towards 34th Street. This truck was speeding down the neighborhood street that is only 25mph. He ran the stop sign still speeding to try to make the light at 34th st and 58th ave.

Great job done. What started out as a vapor and barrier turn out to be a replacement of the wood floor beams and a replacement of the floor. I'm grateful for Eddie pointing out things to me that needed my attention. Eddie always kept me informed of what was going to take place. I really appreciated that he was not 'pushy'. All the decisions made were my own. His crew was super amazing.

These people caused damage to a plumbing filter under my house although they deducted the cost of the plumber there were other issues as well. Twice they were supposed to be here and had to “reschedule”. A one day job turned into a week. I also never was given my lifetime warranty certificate. Not happy at all. The owner and I had a screaming match on the phone because he didn’t show any empathy to what my frustration was.

I'm very happy with the job done on our mobile home in Down Yonder. Justin gave me a very detailed estimate with pictures. We own a 1971 home that had all the original insulation and barrier. It was full of mold and in a sad state of disrepair. Thought the estimate was a little high, bur after seeing the scope of work to be performed, I understood the cost and the value to my family. A 3 man crew showed up on time, was courteous, polite and well spoken. Cleaned up after they were done and left no clue they had even been there. Hopefully they will stand behind their work and keep the promise to repair or replace any issues in the future.

They came to give an estimate, inspected our vapor barrier and piers, showed us pictures of what needed repaired. It was nice to see the pictures so we fully understood what needed to be repaired. They repaired small areas of our vapor barrier and our piers. We received pictures of the repaired areas. We felt safer and were happy with their service. The price was very reasonable for all the work they completed. I have OCD when it comes to keeping track of everything done to my home, repairs, carpet cleaning, additions, large or small, I have records and photos. They accommodated my OCD requests. Highly recommend their company. Honest, helpful, quality work for a wonderful price.

The crew we had were very courteous, friendly, did excellant work. arrived on time and were very professional. When they were done they cleaned up everything. They sat with us show the pictures of the underside of our mobile hone and answered any of our questions. Some of our neighbors were so impressed with them that they hired them to come and give an estimate on some work they want done. We will definetly recommend anchor & barrier on any work friends might need. Thanks for the great work

We got a quote from Greg about doing some work on our home. Greg has to be one of the nicest salesmen we have ever had come to give us a quote. He answered all of our questions, and boy we had a lot! They are the only licensed general contractor that we met with for mobile homes which say a lot. We decided to go with Florida Anchor and Barrier after the great appointment and all the positive reviews we got from neighbors. They have been in our newsletter for over 10 years and I was so happy to be able to find a reputable company in there. They came out and finished the job in a timely fashion, did a wonderful job, cleaned up before they left, and even their workers were polite. What a great experience. I can't say enough. If you call them see if you can get Greg to come out. He was wonderful! I will be following suit and recommending them to everyone I know that needs mobile home work done.

Kurt was a great front person for the company. I was impressed with the company’s promptness and attention to detail. Set up the project for January 8, 2023. Christian and the crew showed up about 930 on the eighth one day tear out one day install all was nice and tight lifetime warranty beautiful job.
