We used Florida Anchor and Barrier in Largo Florida recently and while there was a small interpretation issue with what we expected and what was provided, it was explained and quickly sorted out to our satisfaction. The knowledgeable, friendly staff and customer service were a pleasure to work with. The service was prompt and the installers left the area clean and tidy.
I would recommend them to anybody.

I would like everyone to know that after hurricane Melton, my double wide is perfectly fine. Your company just came out and checked everything just to make sure and it’s all perfect. This is why I still have a home is because of all the work that you did thank you so much . I want to thank this company and all your hard workers. They did a fabulous job underneath our double wide. It was horrible under there. All the old insulation had fallen there was mold, and they fixed all of it like it's new. And we had six broken anchors, and they fix them all

Very honest company.did many needed repairs.leveled our unit and replaced broken plates, repaired vapor barrier that had been ripped open by rats. Replaced insulation where needed.Replaced heating and air tubing that had been filled with water.This company backs it's work. Would highly recommend.

This company came after my first call to them, crawled around on the ground, took pictures and gave us a quote and returned several days later to do the work. Several people came, crawled under our mobile home, replaced the vapor barrier and, after several hours, finished without leaving any mess behind. It’s amazing to look at the photos after the work was done - what a difference!

We hired Florida Anchor and Barrier to install a new vapour barrier under our house 12 years ago. We just had it inspected by the company's representative, Garrett (a superbly agreeable and knowledgeable gentleman with excellent communication skills), and the barrier was still in perfect condition, as demonstrated by the photos Garrett took to show us. Clearly, the original quality of materials used and quality of installation could only be characterized by the simple words "most excellent". Over the years I've learned that a durable quality end result requires two things: quality materials and quality work execution (installation). This company exceeds expectations in both areas. She agreed and when I told her we just found out w had a bad spot in the floors that I'd like to repair 1st she agreed again and said just call when we were ready no pressure at all .ok, the new date set the installation crew shows up NOT late, but EARLY wow wasn't expecting that.Andy was the leader and did what a leader does I think after explaining everything that is going to happen he was the 1st under our mansion

I strongly recommend this company for your vapor barrier repair or replacement.
A thorough inspection was completed to ensure what was truly needed. I was not sure if my insulation had gotten wet or if it was just certain places,under the home, in hurricane Milton,potentially causing more damage,i.e., mold! Two of the local companies agreed, and the inspection definitely determined the satuation.
The professionalism, time taken,and most importantly,the peace of mind,I have now,after wards can't truly be expressed. Flordia Anchor and Barrier are an outstanding choice overall! Everything was explained in great detail,and they took the time to show me pictures of why I required the entire replacement.( I knew,but looking this was my case)
The other companies,surely said I needed the placement,but they seemed more interested in the buck ,rather than the safety of protecting my home,not to mention the outrageous amount of their cost. .Heck, one company came and never even looked yet handed me a figure. Don't be taken by these other companies

I received excellent service and quality installation of insulation and a vapor barrier from Florida Anchor and Barrier. Due to the extreme flooding in October 2024, I went through this process twice! Once as part of a renovation and again after the flood. The team is professional, thorough and keeps you informed every step of the way. They also redid my 34 year old anchors and our unit remained solid in the face of Hurricane Milton. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The installers noticed some plumbing leaks when they were working under my house and informed me of that. I really appreciated that and had a plumber come out right away. They could have just installed the new vapor barrier and left. They were patient while I got the plumbing fixed and came back at a later date to finish the job. I was provided with pictures when they were done. I highly recommend Fl Anchor and Barrier.

I recently had work done by Florida Anchor & Barrier. Christion and Dionny were exceptional! They installed anchors with stabilizer plates, straps and clamps to our mobile home. I also had vapor barrier to floor joists installed. They explained everything they did upon completion. Very professional and polite. This is a great company with Christion and Dionny being excellent employees. Don't hesitate if you're thinking about having them do work to your home.

I had damage done from hurricane Milton and had them come out for an estimate. They gave me a quote and it was reasonable so we set up the date and time. They were here on time and while under the home pictures were taken. Then they sprayed for mold. They told me ahead of time they would be back to complete the job on a certain date and time and they were here. The crew was awesome friendly and polite. I would hire them again if I needed them. From the beginning to the end of the project everyone was friendly. Erin in the office was very helpful and friendly too. Thank you all for making this so easy.

They were supposed to level my home. Instead they made huge lumps in the floor, argured with me about it while here, then ignored my calls to their office asking them to send a better crew (not teenagers). Very dissatisfied.

Unreasonably over priced, Hostile field service tech. Sarcastic, 5% senior and veterans discount is very stingy and doesn't amount to anything considering they might have raise the quote to off-set the small discount.

We had the barrier done on our mobile home and you CAN’T ask for a better job. The men were very professional and polite. There was no mess left at all. Would definitely recommend them.

Florida anchor barrier is as good as it gets! We had them out to inspect our mobile home vapor barrier and they gave us a great price and they did a great job. Can’t do any better than that!

We had our vapor barrier and insulation done by them in 2021 and the vapor barrier work seemed fine.

When we opened the subfloor to fix soft spots, tho, we found they didn’t insulate well at all. 24 inch joists and 16 inch insulation is a joke.

While we had recommended them to others since our vapor barrier install, we won’t be recommending them going forward because of short changing us on insulation.

I truly cannot say enough about Christian and the professional/ outstanding Anchor/Barrier crew who have worked underneath our mobile home for over a week.
