Alicia's company is a masterclass on customer service and care for both their employees and the customers they serve. When their team arrived at my home, they were knowledgable, thoughtful, and caring in their approach to solving our mold issues. They handled all of the mold in our home and even helped us with cleaning items that had been exposed to mold. As a father with a family, it felt great to know I had a team of people that cared about the health and welfare of my family as much as I do. The on site team was professional and amazing, friendly and so respectful. Alicia should get CEO of the year and her team should get team of the year. What an amazing workplace! So impressed. Rod and Aspen were awesome on their inspection of my home. Josh and Gaberiel that showed up to do the work were very kind and professional and kept me informed the entire process. The work was performed in a timely manner and it was obvious they held a very high standard of care.

Mold solutions just remediated mold in my air handler and ductwork throughout my home. They were very thorough. I was impressed with their knowledge of mycotoxins from mold and the seriousness of mold. All of the staff that I interacted with was patient, friendly, helpful and efficient. They kept me informed and I was super happy that the entire home was dry fogged with pet friendly ingredients. My two cats and I had to go out on the patio for 3 hours as the dry fog did it's thing. They kept me informed and let me know when it was perfectly safe to go back inside. Trustworthy, efficient and nice.

From the very first phone call, everyone was kind, professional, and truly cared about helping us. They explained everything clearly and worked carefully in our home. We suspected mold and called Mold Solutions based on a radio interview with Brandon (founder) we had heard years before. Rod tested for moisture and Matt, Heather and their team quickly discovered a huge mold problem. They attacked the mold found in the air handlers, ducts and walls. Insisting on independent testing to confirm removal (company policy). This is a company with integrity! I would recommend them without reservation! As a bonus, they have contractors in HVAC and carpentry they can recommend that they have worked with in the past.

We have used Mold Solutions on two separate occasions following Hurricane Helene. They have been very helpful, detailed, and thorough. Their employees are careful and detail oriented. It’s been really important for us to work with a company who has a focus on healthy environments - because ours was not! If we ever have to use a mold remediation company again, I wouldn’t think twice about calling them!

Everyone was great. The gentlemen who did the actual mold remediation did a fantastic job. I had to move out of my place due to the mold & they kept me informed every step of the way. My home was tidy when I returned which was nice to come home to. I highly recommend their services!

Devin, Matt & Team were outstanding. We had a ton of mold and came in and got it removed within a few days. We have a complete comfort level that we are moving back into a safe & healthy home. We would recommend them to anyone that needs mold mitigation.

We had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away after tearing out the bathroom 3 times. Rod was with us during inspection when we pulled insulation off under the window sill and found rotten wood from a leak. My husband replaced the rotten wood. We were concerned about mold spores/mycotoxins spreading. Josh and Gabriel did a fantastic job making our house smell fresh and feel new again. They sanded the wood in the shower and framing for the garden tub and treated it with chemicals. They dehumidified the bathroom and had two air scrubbers going. Josh and Gabriel personally fogged our house and when we came back home the bedroom furniture were wiped down and shiny. The air in the whole house felt lighter and fresher. I would definitely recommend Mold Solutions. Josh and Gabriel did an impressive job. Rod is very knowledgeable and gave us confidence to continue with the service and we are happy we did.

Rod and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and honestly, flexible with my family and our particular situation. We had to address multiple components in our home in order to fully remediate mold and he adjusted and adapted to our changing plans and schedule quickly and easily. His team did an amazing job with the mold deep cleaning. The home smelled so good and felt so clean afterward. They also did a beautiful job tidying up the house while they cleaned mold and even after they left continued the job by leaving 3 HVAC units in our home to ensure that every mold spore got sucked up. These two worked hard for two days to make sure the mold was completely removed and we could feel comfortable and safe to use the room again.
