Constraction reviews in Clearwater, Florida

Avery construction is definitely the company to use, amazing people who truly care!!!

I would recommend this company 1000 times over again. They were professional & knowledgeable. Alex was so nice and answered all my many questions. I can't thank them enough.

Great team to work with! Reliabile, in time and the highest quality of work you can expect if you want an addition or remodel your home!

This company was very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I fully understood all of the prices and work that was going to be accomplished and they were very respectful of my time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Avery Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and skilled company. Thank you, Avery Construction, for a job well done!

John Frangos showed up to give me an estimate, then was never heard from again! Purchasing a commercial property and needed a contractor. Wasted my time, my real estate agent, my lender and the sellers time! Couldn't even answer a simple call or text. Jason, the owner was also missing in action. I called and left a voicemail for him and he didn't even have the guts to call me back with any kind of update. Don't persue these guys if you actually want respected and to get something done. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Avery Construction is by far the most professional remodeling company around! I highly recommend them for your kitchen, bathroom, additions, and remodeling needs.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Rob last evening. He was thorough in his estimate and I felt he was honest with us and was enthusiastic about our remodel. I think this is definitely going to be the company do to our remodel.

Avery Construction assisted me with a structural design concept to reinforce my sagging roof. John Frangos was super responsive and really helped me out over something I have been loosing sleep over. Thank you Avery Construction!

Jason and Chara have always been a pleasure to work with. If you need a residential/ commercial bathroom or kitchen remodeled this is the company for you. They also do room additions.

Very professional and detailed!!!

Keep up the good work.

Alex with Avery construction is the best! He and his team delivered on everything we wanted and more - they are super responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend

I had Jason and his guys come on out to remodel our bathroom. Wife was wanting a new bathroom for years so I finally picked up the phone and called Jason. Had someone come out the next day, give an estimate and I hired them on the spot! All I can say is that I love our new bathroom and so does the wife!

I used this company to remodel my bathroom and LET ME TELL YOU HONEY!! My guest bathroom was giving nothing but "this is where dreams go to die" vibes and they turned it into "high class - where's my champagne at?" ENERGY!!

The marble work was NEXT LEVEL .. dare I say "MARBLE-OUS" That toilet looks so good I want one in every room of my house!! Girl, I was so happy when I saw those marble floors I almost lost my marbles all over that bathroom!!

If you are even thinking of getting remodel done by someone else you put that phone down and call these boys and girls instead HONEY!!

I was very pleased with the room addition remodel that Avery Construction did for me. They were responsive and professional to any questions or concerns and did great job of installing windows, doors and reframing.

I would highly recommend Avery construction. Just completed my kitchen/bath remodel and tile replacement. Did a great job and everyone was professional and finished on time. Would definitely use them again.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jason for a Master Bathroom remodel. He is the one that actually came to our home, surveyed the work to be done, and gave us an estimate right on the spot. He didn't send someone to do it, it was actually him.

We hired his company to do the scope of work presented to us and we were very pleased with our results. His crew, project manager were all very responsive and easy to deal with. Yes, were there problems,of course there were. You're living under a rock if you think any major reconstruction/remodel job isn't going to encounter some snags. We encountered a few snags, but Avery's crew and project manager were able to work past them. or offered alternatives, etc. to our complete satisfaction.

I would certainly use this company again for any remodel projects in the future for four major reasons.
1) Jason showed up on our agreed upon time, was very personable and was able to give us an "on the spot" estimate.
2) The crew was professional and took every precaution to make sure debris was kept to a minimum or contained within the construction area and not spread throughout the house.
3) His project manager always returned phone calls and was always available to talk to when there were any concerns.
4) And lastly, the quality of work performed and end results were amazing and exactly what we had agreed upon.
It is this type of professionalism that impresses me and makes me feel like my money was being well spent.

I loved the final product provided by the Avery Construction Team. I seen first hand the major difference in the quality of the work (before and after), and the extreme attention to details for the kitchen remodel. I strongly recommend the Avery Construction Team to your addition, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling project.

Due to Easter (Pesach) I should be grateful. Today, I'd like to say some good words about Avery Construction Design Consulting team. God blessed my house - it's still Ok, but many of my friends did their remodelings. They did them with Jason and none of them said something negative. Exceptional attitude to the work and clients' needs. Be sure, guys, when the time comes, my kitchen remodeling will be your responsibility!

We used Avery for a full kitchen remodel. I have worked with several contractors over the years on both large and small projects, and I can say that out of all of them (with the exception of one we used years ago), I was appreciative and impressed how Jason promptly responded to any questions and concerns, one of which included a quick remedy for an unexpected hiccup.  I'm very pleased with Avery Construction/Avery Remodel and HIGHLY reccomend this very ETHICAL contractor and his meticulous team. (Special thanks to Navin!) Give them a call; you'll be happy you did!

I definitely will think about looking here if we need remodeling services in the future. I had a really hard time finding a good place for general home repair for a leak in the ceiling. I got a return call very quickly, and after a few questions to narrow down the issue a referral was made to a local HVAC company to service our AC unit. They were fast and my issue was resolved the same day! I didn't use Avery directly on this job, but definitely admire the professionalism and willingness to help.

We have just completed our kitchen remodel with Avery Construction. Jason’s design surpassed our expectations for the space. His estimated cost for the remodel was right on the money. The subcontractors that worked at our house were amazing, every afternoon the home was clean and their tools were neatly placed in a corner. They were knowledgeable and willing to explain the process as they were completing it. We look forward to working with Avery soon to update our bathrooms.
