Excellent contractor and team (Lester was an awesome project manager). Extremely responsive, detail orientated, and excellent execution. I hired Avery to convert an underutilized large space into an en suite bedroom and custom laundry room. They did an amazing job!!! Worth every dollar. I will use this company again for my next project and request Lester to be my PM.

Stop looking, you have found your contractor. We just completed an extensive remodel on our house that included removing a wall and completely redesigning the kitchen as well as new tile flooring throughout the entire house, a complete gut and rebuild of a full bath and upgrades to a second bath. From the first contact with Rob until the final day everyone was wonderful to work with and the end result is absolutely stunning. No corners were cut, these guys take great pride in their work and make sure everything is done right. We came in on budget to the penny, no hidden or additional charges. I cannot recommend Avery enough. Great communication, respectful workers and work gets done in a timely manner. This was not my first renovation and I have had bad contractors in the past. This company was a dream to work with. Trustworthy, reliable, on time and on budget and a beautiful end result. Thank you Avery Construction for making my vision become an amazing reality!

In 2016, we had our dated condo kitchen totally remodeled and we love it! However, just last month (April 2024), we discovered by accident, that our granite counterop breakfast bar wasn't fixed to the countertop!

I contacted Jason by email and within a week it, the repair was handled, scheduled, fixed, job done!

Now that says a lot to me about the integrity of Avery Construction. To revisit a job 8 years after the installation to ensure the customer is STILL satisfied is so rare in today's world of builders. I highly recommend Jason Avery's company, customer service beyond the pale!

As a side note, when Avery Construction prepared for the permits, materials, protecting common areas during the job, etc., they set a standard for our building because of the great care they took to ensure carpets, elevators, deliveries, etc. were handled neatly and the crew always left the building in a good, clean state!

We were flooded during Helene here in Florida! Stressful is putting it mildly! We hired Avery Construction to perform our renovation, which was extensive! Jason Avery, the owner met with us to finalize our renovation budget and from start to finish every aspect was very good! We have personally known the team at Avery Construction for nearly 7 years. While we have not used their services for any construction projects, they bailed us out of a situation with some broken drawers in our rental. Highly recommend Avery for any remodel project. They did the entire interior of our town home from floor to ceiling and we love the way it came out. Avery is very professional, thorough, and employ highly skilled workers. They do not cut corners with permitting and making sure everything is up to code.

They also go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with everything along the way and listen to what you want, and offer suggestions from their expertise and experience.

I was also impressed that when we noticed a couple of small issues after all was said and done it was handled promptly. They stand behind their work and want you to be happy with it.

Alex Rodriguez and his crew at Avery provided nearly the entire package when it came to gutting and rebuilding the bones of our extensive renovation this past year and there were times that he felt like he provided an almost concierge-level service. Any renno isn't easy and this one seemed particularly challenging on a number of different levels, yet with his diligent, broad oversight, we've now reached completion and are very, very happy with the end result.

Arrived on time. Made several checks on my heat pump. Discussed the possibility that the fan motor was showing low voltage. Overall gave a clean bill of health.

My previous AC company which was out yesterday, said I had dirty coils with rust, and that I needed a defroster panel for over $1000, which I do not need after all.
I trust their opinion and honesty.
They are now my new to go AC company and have signed up for them to do my six month maintenance program.

I used Elite Craft Pros through Duke Energy's HVAC repair program for emergency repair. Anthony and Cody were AWESOME!!! They responded quickly and were able to diagnose the problem right away. We had a major copper line replacement and a compressor replacement. Anthony And Cody worked well together to make the repair. They were informative, respectful and highly efficient. I would highly recommend Elite Craft Services and Duke Energy's HVAC program. Be sure to ask for Anthony and Cody!

I was extremely impressed with Elite Craft for my HVAC needs. Normally I don't take the time to write out a review, but I have to give kudos to their speed, competence, and customer service.

I can count on one hand the number of times I have had a contractor or tradesman arrive on the early half of a time range, but Elite Craft makes the cut. They arrived the same day as the request was put in, diagnosing and fixing an AC issue in less than 30 minutes at the house.

I also want to highlight their diagnostic skills. They were methodical and efficient, moving from part to part of the system and eliminating possibilities until they figured out the issue (a short messing with the control board on the external unit), and within 10 minutes, had everything working.

I currently have cool and working AC hours (or days!) faster than it would take most companies to even arrive on the scene. They were friendly and great communicators as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Craft for any and all HVAC issues.
