They came and help handle quite a flood that went from the 2nd floor through the floor and ceiling caused by a cheap toilet that broke overnight. They saved me a lot of money in damage that would have been much worse, but due to their response time and speed and professional service, they saved the situation from being much worse. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the services offered by Mold Solutions. I needed the mold remediation done thoroughly and quickly to effectuate a sale of my home, and they were accommodating and professional. I also appreciated Devon and Sean's sense of humor. They added some much-needed levity into what could have been a really stressful process. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish they were the absolute best. Great communication and awesome work. Both Devin and Alicia went above and beyond in making sure all the mold was removed.

They even came back after construction crews were there to reseal/encapsulate the subfloor to make sure the mold doesn’t come back.

We had water damage caused by an air conditioner malfunction a week or so prior to Helene and Milton hitting. After the adjuster came, the mold company our Insurance company uses refused to take our job because they were only doing work related to the two storms. Our insurance company suggested we find someone on our own. After calling many companies and hearing the same thing, I spoke with Samantha at Mold Solutions and she said someone would call me ASAP. Rod called me very soon after and told me Mold Solutions was dedicating a team to non storm related jobs. They were the only company doing so. Rod and Mold Solutions said what they would do and did what they said they would every step of the way. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Shawn and Sean completed the work and did a great job. The inspection company indicated they had done a very thorough job. The inspector mentioned they even taped the staples used to hold the containment plastic up.

As a side note: Just after we hired Mold Solutions, my wife heard a woman on the phone in Publix raving about Rod and Mold Solutions. We have had the same experience.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company. From the office staff (especially Samantha!), to Rod spending the time to answer all of the questions and walk us through the process, to the three people who came out to do the remediation (Devin, Darien, and Monica) of our three HVAC systems...fantastic. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and worked with integrity. They consistently gave us updates about what was going on and checked in with us to make sure all was well. They came out quickly and got the job done thoroughly and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them and would be more than happy to use their services again in the future if need be.

We had some mold issues following our recent storms Helene and Milton. After failing an air quality test we contacted Mold Solutions. Rod came out and diagnosed our problem. Two days later we had a remediation team in to begin work. Monica and Josh were courteous, friendly and clearly competent. Still experiencing some problems, Rod returned with Alicia (company management) and Aspen (a beautiful mold-sniffing trained canine) to reveal other issues. The next day Heather and Dylan came to complete the remediation. An air quality test was done the next day and we passed. Monica and Sean then came to remove containment materials and equipment and do a final cleanup.
We were extremely pleased with the outcome and with the whole friendly and competent staff that made it happen. A special thanks to Rod who was on top of everything.

Customer service and communication are two important considerations for me when choosing any business to hire. I got it all with Mold Solutions. I cannot say enough good things and I highly recommend them. My experience began with Alicia, one of the owners. Very communicative and thorough in her initial assessment. Samantha was beyond amazing. Prompt, responsive and thorough. Even if it meant responding during what most would consider "after" hours, she made sure I had answers. No matter how many questions, she was always on top of it and made me feel valued as a customer, every step of the way. Her follow-up was excellent as well. Always checking to make sure I was a happy customer. The two technicians, Devin and Darian, were skilled, responsive, respectful of the property and surrounding areas during their work and left no area without thorough attention. They love their work! Devin was the lead technician and very responsive to questions and responded to phone calls and texts promptly, again...as with Samantha...no matter when it was. Devin and Darian were incredible to work with. They are hard working, knowledgeable, and kept my husband and I informed throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and always made themselves available to answer any questions we had. Did not do the job. Cut corners, made excuses. Left mold behind areas they encapsulated. These are post remediation pictures, areas they treated. They used photos in advertising of work they did not do, they had me get a contractor to do demo for bogus reasons. Anything that they could cut corners on they did. Failed PRV. These pictures are after try #2. They did not do the job they were paid to do. The pictures speak for themselves. After they left, I hired a crew that gutted and remediated properly. If they would have done the job I would have been happy to pay them for further work. Find another company.

Out of all of the options in the area, I’m so glad I went with Mold Solutions. They were the only ones that can thoroughly handle my entire problem, including the air conditioning ducks where other companies were telling me I needed 3 to 4 different service people with different bills all coming to my house at different times costing me tons of money.
