Omar and his helper did a wonderful job today leveling and barrier repairs and tweaking a few other things under my mother in law Mrs. Amore triple wide modular home in Zellwood Station Golf & Country Club, Zellwood,FL. Company was very courteous and fair on price estimate. We would definitely use Florida Anchor and Barrier again and highly recommend them, ask for Omar,he was great.

Omar and Ernesto were here today working on a repair underneath my manufactured

I would out 5 stars but the only one that deserves 5 stars is one worker out of the group that came to my home to fix my floors. The supervisor was the only one doing most of the work and making sure everything gets done right. While the others just played on their phones or fought or even just stood there. They did great on the floors mainly because of him I think his name was deonny or Deon I cant remember how to say his name. But that man is an amazing and dedicated worker. Communicating with me throughout the process even after hours when he is home when he didn't have to! Always assuring me that it will get done the right way. If I ever need my floors done in my other house or even a friend needing I will recommend them this company as long as Deon will be there. That man deserves a raise and vacation with the amazing work he does. Thank you Florida anchor and barrier for sending a trust worthy worker to fix my beloved home!

We had flooring installed and windows replaced. Randall, Jerry and Rafael were very polite, professional and helpful. We are very happy with their work and the end product. We will ask for the same team next time we use Florida Anchor and Barrier, which will be soon!

Well for $5,999 I expected more than just a roll of vynil stapled to my mobil homes under belly. " unsealed "
I was promised a lot more than that. The main floor rot was caused by leaking air conditioning ducts, thus they were to retape all of the 50 year old duct tape, and seal it completely. The duct was to be reinsulated to prevent condensation. As I had to replace several floor locations afterwards, I found that my ducts were never addressed. I found missing insulation at several locations. The barrier was not sealed to the unit anywhere. How exactly is that a vapor barrier? With a life crime warranty , they were happy to come out and seal it to the frame with expanding foam. At the very least , this should have been done before they left the job. So at least now , I do not have air blowing up through my floors. However, there is no way to address the air conditioning ducks without a total redo. I was told by the salesman and the representative that came out to reseal the unit, that the office would be making a monetary compensation to me. They gave me, half the job that I was promised, and offered me a mear $400 for my peace of mind. I feel like I have been scammed. Be prepared to call the office later and be chuckled at as they're telling you, That's not a thing , read your contract. I will not have them come back with a vengeance, the third time to tear everything out and God knows, do what? I found all of this neglect by chance. I wonder how many people have been scammed like this, knowing the customer will never go underneath and look for themselves. If they believe I should be happy with half of the job , I believe they should send me half of my money back.

We hired Mold Solutions becasue we felt there were issues with the air quality in our house . We supspected mold and dirty air ducts . Our HVAC was showing poor air quality and my daughter and I were getting upper respiratory infections. Mold solutions came out , they were very professional. They were also incredibly honest. A couple weeks prior we had called our air conditioning company to try to help us solve the problem. Nothing changed . When the mold solutions co-owner came out he said that we didn't need to address the downstairs unit at all, only the upstairs unit, which turned out to be the culprit. After having mold solutions come out , treat the house with their fogging system and clean the upper unit ait ducts we had a mold test done by a third party . It came out clear- no mold! We found Mold Solutions to be very professional and effective. I love that they use safe, natural ingredients . Their prices are reasonable. It feels good to know that we're in a house with clean fresh air and no mold !

Brandon, Michael and team were amazing!
I had an urgent water issue that needed to be handled for a client of mine. I made the call to Brandon at 6:00pm and his team was out there at 7:30pm with Tampa traffic. They immediately got to drying the wet carpets out. Michael was so professional and knowledgeable. He updated me everyday on the moisture readings with photos and videos walking me through it.

Brandon was the most professional and thoroughly explained everything that was happening and how it needed to be treated. He checked my entire home rather than just looking at the obvious areas. Mold Solutions went above my expectations in helping us deal will flood related mold removal and treatment. Alicia came out to inspect the situation give me their original bid and scope of work needed. She was was prompt, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She was the epitome of professionalism but at the same time expressed empathy and kindness.
The team of Matthew and Josh spent 3 days in our house tearing out the affected drywall and actually doing the mold removal and treatment process. Their work was super neat and professional- I was impressed!
Michael and Heather were the techs that came out today to do the final fogging of the house. They were prompt and professional just like the other team members.

I have used Mold Solutions for 2 years . Their employees are thorough and efficient and great to work with..They come back until all of the mold is terminatedly handled.

Everyone at Mold Solutions was fantastic! Brandon's initial assessment was incredibly informative and accurately predicted the formal assessment results before the inspection was even performed (by River at AQE, also fantastic). Devin took control of the work itself and helped us feel confident it was being done correctly. He shared some pictures showing the work in progress and communicated daily with what had been done and what to expect in the days to come. Alicia coordinated the office efforts, made payment simple, and helped to brighten up a very challenging time. If you're currently dealing with mold problems, deal with Mold Solutions instead!

Everyone was nice. Just not thorough in their job. Debri was left on the driveway as well as all over the carpet and floors after pointing it out. Makes me worry that the important part of treating the mold was also not thorough which I can't check for.

*Update*
They offered to fog the house and do a third party mold test. I accepted. I went to seal the ducts to the drywall to prevent moisture. Found they missed two vents and a mold like substance was on one. I asked if a manager could go to oversee the work. They confirmed that and a date to complete.

They called when they arrived as I was out of town. They said they were there to do the 2 vents. Said they wouldn't have time to fog the house since it was so late in the day. I asked them to call the person who sent them as there was confusion. They called back then said they could fog that day??? I said if they need more time they can come back to complete. I come home and it looks like some rooms were never entered. Some drawers are open and some closed. Appeared to have just randomly fogged some areas.

Management is super nice and wants to do the right thing. Workers want to cut corners and get out as soon as possible. Also had to clean paint off our door handle they must have had some on their hand. They had dropped a but of sealent too. Have not heard about mold test but I think i'm all set and gonna just close this chapter.

I feel Mold Solutions probably saved our life. We had water damage from Hurricane Milton. We needed mold remendian and also duct cleaning quickly. I did research and saw an ad for Mold Solutions. I called the office and spoke to Samantha and also Ashley, both very professional and nice. Rod came out and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and concern about our situation. All of the employees including Rod, Devin, Darien, Josh, Jose, and two folks (sorry, I missed their names) who picked up the equipment are so professional and caring. We have more work needed and will definately use Mold Solutions again. Thanks to all of you!
