Had Piper Fire Protection send out a technician David Vachon to diagnose an issue of false fire alarms going off in our 4 story building. We have another vendor that we have had look at this multiple times but we were still having issues with faulty alarms.

David really went through the system and was able to determine the specific source of the problem and make the right repair. His knowledge was very impressive.

We do have other work that we need to get done in the building with relation to our fire system. We will definately be calling Piper Fire and asking for David whenever we need fire services.

Tyson came today to install a fire extinguisher in our community pool area. He was prompt, friendly and helpful in getting this insurance condition satisfied. I have been very impressed with everyone at Piper Fire Protection. Liam in the office was super helpful in getting Tyson scheduled. Keith arrived with Jamie (15 min early!) and were very proactive and quick about getting the pipe leak repaired. Very knowledgeable and efficient. The job was a commercial space where they needed to access other areas of the building and I was impressed with how quickly and courteously they dealt with the problem. Highly recommended!!

Proactive Management contracted Piper Fire Protection to install all fire protection systems in all units I was most impressed by the high standard of work carried out by your three installers Rick Flanders, Jose Sanchez, and Ashton F. resulting in a solution that exceeded my expectations.
The team went above and beyond by clearly explaining what was being done and they were efficient, thorough, and completed the job promptly, leaving the work area spotless.

Great place to be

I opted for another contractor after the person at the desk could not answer my questions and had nobody there available to meet my needs

Terrible service and very dishonest I highly recommend finding another contractor.

The phone number on their truck rings and disconnects. The local number is disconnected. I am the only house on the street. They blocked off the street without notice leaving no way for me to pick up my child from daycare. No way to contact the company. No notice whatsoever.

I had an electrical failure due to an underground wire going bad. TECO contracted F & H Contractors to do the repair. The two men that came out were outstanding. They were informative, respectful and represented your company like owners. Refreshing!

Instead of cleaning up, crew decided to leave this huge mess for me to clean up and may have damaged my slab.
