Jon is amazing to work with at this location, takes the time to help you when you are in need of odd ball items or just any naterial in general. He is very responsive, and gets answers for you quickly! I highly reccomend coming to this store for all your electrical needs.

Needed to have a ceiling fan installed into our son’s room where they have previously never been one. I would 100% recommend this company. Everything from the start was easy. Communication with Ryan to get everything scheduled and then the electricians Kyle and Jason were great. They were super efficient, cleaned everything up after and made this job so easy. Very affordable as well which is an awesome thing to have these days. And the fan looks great! Thank you again!

I want to thank you so much for your Generac installation and education on its performance the last summer my mom and I were grilling in driveway. We than cleaned up and had charcoal still only simmering and just gray. We placed the grill in the garage because it looked like it was going to rain. We than went in the house to continue our day about an hour later we heard a loud shrilling alarm we look around and found out it was the co2 detector and would not of had the co2 detector if we didn’t have the generator

From a business owner - This was a 6 month long string of failed promises and incompetence. Take the time to read this and save yourself a ton of frustration.
On 3/4/2021, Ryan, with Pinellas Electric provided a quote to install a whole home Briggs & Stratton generator.
On 4/7/2021, the crew installed the generator.
On 4/12/2021, per the request of the contractor, I took off work to meet with the city inspector, who arrived and failed the install because of the placement not being far enough off the property line, a detail I expected the company to be aware of.
On 4/27/2021, per the request of the contractor, I took off work to meet with the city inspector, who never showed up, because the contractor had cancelled, but did not let me know.
On 4/29/2021, per the request of the contractor, I took off work to meet with the city inspector, who failed the install because of open wires near the electrical panel.
On 5/1/2021, David Iverson, the owner, showed up personally to assure me that he would be involved directly from that point on, and that it was others in his company that had caused the issues.
The generator, upon startup, did not run properly, so Mr. Iverson called down a Briggs & Stratton rep to meet on site and figure it out.
On 5/17/2021, we all met and the rep noted that the install had not been completed properly, and the correction was made within the generator.
On 8/18/2021, my neighborhood experienced a power outage due to a storm. My generator did not come on, and I experienced a multiple hour loss of power.
On 8/19/2021, I contacted Mr. Iverson and he sent out Ryan to get a look at the situation. Ryan then told me that he would return on 8/20/2021 to make the repair.
On 8/20/2021, a Friday, I contacted Ryan in the afternoon to see what the status was, at which point, he said "I got slammed today and wasn't able to make it by". I notified Mr. Iverson, and he said he would straighten the situation out.
On 8/28/2021, a full week later, Mr. Iverson told me that he needed time to get parts ordered, and that he would get back to me to install them.
On Monday, 9/13/2021, Mr. Iverson told me that he was not installing the parts until he could get the Briggs & Stratton rep back down later that same week.
On Thursday, 9/16/2021, I called Mr. Iverson, and he said he was calling the rep in the morning to get him over. I waited.....all weekend.
On Monday, 9/20/2021, I contacted Mr. Iverson to let him know that I have lost all confidence in his company and that I wanted the system, which has been paid for in full, and has never worked, to be removed and I demanded a full refund.
On 9/21/2021, Mr. Iverson emailed me offering an apology for the frustration his company has caused. He then stated "I will work on getting the items removed once you have received the check. Please allow a couple of weeks for this process to be completed due to our work schedule."
On 10/14/2021, I emailed Mr. Iverson to let him know that it has been over three weeks since he promised to wrap this up in "a couple of weeks". To date, I have not heard from him or his company. I have a $13,000.00 paperweight and a ton of empty promises.

I would recommend PG&E. We had some outlets installed around the pool deck. Their estimator Ryan was helpful suggesting solutions and D the electrician very kind and just as skilled as you'd expect. Their work is not inexpensive but who wants cheap electrical work?

We purchased a generator in August of 2023 - Job was not completed until today, May 17th 2024. Inspection did not pass several times and owner was difficult in coordinating completion. There are 22 other Generac dealers in Pinellas County that I would suggest before this one.

Such a great company. Ryan Smith was very professional and answered all our questions. Of the 4 quotes I got, they were the lowest with the 2nd lowest quote double the amount of their quote. They got us on their schedule the next week (on a Saturday) and showed up promptly (with an advanced call). Another Ryan did our electrical work. With our old house, he had to do a lot of work to get the new breaker box to fit. He never complained or cut corners. I never will use any other company and neither should you.

Great company!. They were on time, did a great job putting in (2) junction boxes and wall switches for ceiling fans, change a fan switch, and installed a kitchen light and wall switch over the sink. The (2) electricians that did the job were just great. A pleasure to deal with the company and the electricians. (it was also the best price I was quoted)

Wow! Dave and his team are absolutely amazing! This is the 2nd time I have used them for swrvices. I used them for my water heater and to relocate my electrical panel. Dave is very fair with hia pricing and his team does excellent work. I few confident that the job will be done right when they come out. I will only be using them for any electrical concerns or needs I have. Thanks Dave and Team for a great job well done. It cant go with out being said that Aaron the pffice manager is also a pleasure to work with and answers any questions you may have.

Quoted me an extremely reasonable price from the start. I had a few issues that were wholly on my end, but he still sent a crew out to check on it, and even fixed it! I would 100% recommend Pinellas Generator & Electric to anyone, and in fact, I already have!
