Everything happened in the time frame that was discussed.
They handle all my HOA paperwork, permit, etc.

Where to start. Had to tear off and replace new roof they installed because they failed inspection. Ac unit failed inspection after I paid for the permit and was lied to saying it passed. Alex the sales rep was going to just pocket the money never even pulled a permit until I called them out. Took over 6 months to install. Installed solar wrong. Forgot to add key components to make it work two months after they said they were done. Only took several attempts. When the guy that hooks up the solar tells you hey this is my first time wiring a system up I hope it’s right. Hard to get ahold of. Solar is still not working several months later. Green house solar basically told me there job is done and not there problem even though never worked. Still paying full power bill and now solar bill. Lots of lies and deception. Make sure you have everything in your contract like we did like all of the secs and permits on the added equipment. Drove all over my lawn leaving tire tracks. Nails and trash left every where. Overall a bad company I guess some people reviewing just got lucky.

No Customer Service and non-functioning system…. They were great at first, then once the contract was signed, then began the issues. First, you shouldn’t start the job to then send your workers onto another job, making a three day job into a month. Second, never make the customer feel as if they are bothering you when you’re simply trying to get the job completed. Third, Customer Service is key…. Calling with no response and having to call again and again, No. Finally, If you decide to go with Green House Solar, BE SURE YOU HAVE AN AGREEMENT IN PLACE THAT MAKES THEM LIABLE WHEN YOU ARE PAYING BOTH FPL FULL BILL AND YOUR LOAN ON THE SOLAR EQUIPMENT…
I was a Builder, and though picky on some things, Your ROOF is the most Important. Just having flashing that is exposed for wind to tear off, posts for panels with NO Panel and Panels twisted that can crack under strain are important issues to be concerned about. So, you decide. Thanks

I had to get a new inverter under warranty. Natalie was helpful in ordering a replacement inverter. The inverter is installed and we are back to no kWh charges on our monthly bill. Thank you Natalie and Dana.

Had a great experience with Greenhouse! The Sales resprentative went though all of the details up front and also got us set up for a new roof.
Hightlights of the project...

Roofing team was excellent. They got the roof up to code and replaced a considerable amount of rotton wood that would have caused future problems. High quality work.

Solar was quick and easy. Install team was on time, got the job completed in two days and cleaned up after themselves after completing the job. They showed me how to operate the system before leaving.

Our solar system has been operating flawlessly since it was installed approximately four years ago. We recently arranged for a panel cleaning, and the performance difference was apparent. The team completed the job faster than I had anticipated and with caution on the roof.

Talk about Customer service! It’s not often when you feel someone truly has your back and your best interest in mind. Jon LaRocque has been my rep from the first time I met him. Talk about professional, honest, and truly goes out of his way to take care of his customers. Truly a bond with someone who honestly will scratch your back. I have been going to this supply shop for a few years now with my electrical company. Best service hands down. Always have what I need but more importantly if they don’t they will get it and get it fast. Always go out of their way to make sure I’m satisfied by going above and beyond. The branch manager Jon is very knowledgeable and always willing to help you find something you need if they don't have it. The counter guys are great and always willing to see if another city electeic has what im looking for if they don't have it.

Very rude guy was at the front desk, I just ask for parts and wasn’t sure is it correct or not, and want to double check but he was so nervous and rude, I don’t know why, I didn’t argue, if he want to sell something good idea to little bit help customers or just say “I don’t know” don’t be so rude, and he doesn’t know what is he selling, another guy who finally sold me the parts was good but first impression very sad. very disappointed.
