I only leave reviews for companies and their employees that genuinely deserve it and I can say with 100% satisfaction that Green House Solar & Air does! My entire project has been nothing short of amazing, especially during the interconnection phase. We had some issues with the utility provider accepting our net metering application but Cat was on top of it and constantly kept me in the loop. She also helped me with my monitoring so know I can see my panels and how much they are producing!! 10/10 recommend the company and 11/10 recommend Cat!

Would not reccomend. Unfortuatly, Green house initially was great, but when any issues began to arise its near impossible to get ahold of them. They claim they will call you back, but do not. The many woes Ive had with Green House have occured ever since I had them install my solar. I tried to not making a big deal about the issues, but there was lack of follow through on their part. The inital installer brought his dog with him. I didnt make a big deal about this, because who doesnt like dogs. I began having issues with the Cell card because of T-mobile, and their fix was to charge me an outrageous fee to swap out the card. I was informed the original card would be viable for many years to come, but only lasted about 4. (Would not reccomend anyone getting a cell card for their system due to band withs becoming obsolete). Ive had faults in the battery communication, and Green House would not properly diganose the issue. They claimed to have placed a ticket in with Solar Edge, but never followed through. I began having leaks in my roof where the solar was installed, and Green House did not take responsibility of ensuring the panels were not at fault. Green House promised to have a one time removal of my solar for a roofing company to replace my roof, but did not follow through with their promise. Green house wanted to charge me for the reinstall, and wanted to do the re-roofing at a higher rate then roofing companies. Once I chose to go with a competor, they noted that the install was not completed properly. Shingles where the mounts were not properly reglued to prevent water. There was an issue with the all the connectors not properly crimped, and the competior tech eaisly pulled the connections appart. I would not reccomend Green House to work on anything in your home. Once Green House completes their job, youre ignored if any issues arise unelss you pester them on a daily basis, and theyll want to charge you to fix their inadequencies. Bunch of Wolves in sheeps clothing, and thats the unfortunate reality for my experience with them.
**Edit** Just had my Back up battery replaced due to battery communication error and after hours of trouble shooting from the competitor installer, it was found that wires were not correctly installed in the inverter from the battery because of this, my original battery has not functioned properly since install. Again, would not reccomend Green House.

Bryan was very informative, the office staff kept me in the loop and the installation crew did an excellent job in a timely manner and cleaned up. If you're looking into going solar I highly recommend.

I was going to my car from the gas station with a case of waster A gentleman in a greenhouse solar truck carried for me and put it in my car. Thank you for you help I have a bad back.

Hoping that maybe a review will get someone's attention as I have sent 2 emails in regards to paying a invoice so that a technician can come back out and fix our solar panels. We have now paid for 2 months with non working panels.

I bought my system almost 2 years ago and it has been great till the 28th of January when it developed a problem and shut down. I called and within 2 weeks a technician arrived and fixed it but within a couple of hours it stopped again. I can't get the company to come fix it and they tell me if another company dies the repair, I will lose my warranty. it has now been over three months, I have no solar and they are doing nothing, not even explaining why they won't come out. I am so sorry I ever purchased from them.AT THIS POINT I WON'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR.

Team Atlas rocks!! They did a fantastic job, kept me informed about some minor changes that needed to be made. They cleaned up after they were done and instructed me on the components. Recommend highly!!

I was guaranteed and promised on multiple occasions that there was no fee, charges or obligations from me for exploring the program offered by Green house solar and air to install solar on my home. They contacted me with a program being offered through Florida state, a no obligation and no out of pocket cost for me program. I expressed interest to see if my home would be approved. To know if your home is approved you have to sign the contracts with them. I did as requested, but verified every step of the way with them and Jacob Moore my sales rep that there I would not be responsible for any charges, even if I pulled out of the project. I was assured no, there is no cancellation fee. A week into the start of the program I needed to provide my homeowners insurance, I immediately reached out to let them know I as in the process of changing home owners insurance companies. I was assured that wouldn't be an issue and I again asked if I couldn't get it sorted there would be no fees. I was assured again no fees would be charged. I advised them during this conversation I did not think I could get it sorted in time. I was under the impression the project had been cancelled. Now 3 months later I have been invoiced for over $12,000 as a "cancellation fee". This is completely unacceptable and unethical by the sales staff. My sales rep is now ignoring me... I immediately reached out to the company but they informed me this is due to not cancelling the project within a 3 day window I was never advised of. There have been no surveys, products exchanged or services rendered on this project. This is completely insane and I will be taking every step possible to fight this invoice. Under no circumstances should this company be trusted.

Selecting this company to fulfill my commercial property's backup energy and storage requirements has proven to be a wise choice. Their team delivered on their promises, providing assurance that my business will remain operational during emergencies.

My experience with Green House Solar & Air over the years has been amazing. I’ve had multiple systems installed on 2 different homes and received quality and value added service every time. The two times I’ve had a problem with my system Green House Solar has jumped in to get it fixed right away, they sell great products with fantastic Warranties to ensure peace of mind. From sale to service they have taken good care of us every step of the way! We look forward to purchasing another system from them in the future on our next home.

I have never in my life dealt with such immaturity, incompetence, and unprofessionalism. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I’ve been waiting nearly three weeks just to get a schedule for the uninstallation of my solar panels so I can proceed with a necessary roof repair.

When I became understandably fed up and requested to speak with a supervisor, the representative, Kristen, falsely claimed to be a manager. To make matters worse, when my husband followed up, she mocked him and laughed in his face. She refused to provide information and showed a complete lack of respect and accountability.

Kristen, who is representing this company, should not be in any customer-facing role. She lacks knowledge of the process, misrepresented her credentials, and demonstrated zero professionalism. When I asked for a refund of my deposit so I could take my business elsewhere, she responded vaguely and said that was “another process”—clearly having no idea what she was talking about.

I am deeply disturbed and disgusted by how we were treated. I had even considered referring my mother to this company for solar panel installation, but after this experience, that will never happen—not in a million years. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

We were looking for a high quality installation. After speaking with several companies, we selected Greenhouse because of the value offered with high quality REC panels. Working great and no electeicity bill!

If this company is involved in installation of your solar panels or equipment, please stop what you are doing and cancel it. They will install faulty equipment and blame it on everyone else but themselves. They will then charge you to take a look claim their is nothing they can do and have to order parts. Then they will claim that its not their fault add extra charges and say well its not our fault. Every step of the way has been a total scam. The planning and "technitions" they dispatch to your house will not be prepared for any job. Also its a blown fuse and it has been 3 months. I would love a rebuttle from the company because all i have heard so far is excuses. Like I said before total scam.

Wish I could give this company a minus I was tricked by this company with there solar program I am now paying 2 bills one from my electric company peace river and a solar bill almost twice what I use to pay before installing the solar panels and with numerous calls and plea with this company they would not even return my calls these are bad people now I will have to seek legal advise in this situation.stay away from this company

We have installed 148 solar panels (REC Alpha Pure Series), 58.46 kW, Enphase battery system (IQ7 microinverters), with Greenhouse Solar & Air (GSA). In addition to having a very sound pricing and contractual payment plan, GSA have a fantastic group of people working for them: from sales rep, to team of installers, electricians, and office staff project managers. Sales rep was patient in helping us when we needed to change from ground mount to solar rooftop. We have a unique roof and GSA accommodated our special need with custom device for the installation. Installers and electricians were all very professional, fun, and considerate, making the installation much more pleasant. Office staff project managers were responsive and helpful in seeing us from applying for permit with the county and HOA to scheduling for the install and final inspection and application for operation (with utility company for net metering). Within a month after the installation, a storm caused one of the transformers to give out, leading to disconnect of 57 panels. GSA sent out an electrician after just one phone call to quickly fix the problem with transformer and the whole system is back in operation and communication. Now we are saving lots of $ every month! It is wonderful to watch our daily use vs. production via our iPad. We see our solar system (solar panels + battery system) as an annuity that keeps on giving back for decades to come. It is a great form of investment, with certainty of return that keeps up with inflation because cost of electricity will surely continue to increase. It is a great protection against natural disasters (we live in state of Florida that gets annual visit from hurricanes). It is also a good way for us to be good neighbors by helping to stabilize the grid for our neighborhood. Be sure to understand and ask your utility company about "Time of Use" program to help save even more. Finally, yes, we would definitely recommend Greenhouse Solar & Air to any one who wants to install solar or solar+battery system (highly recommend solar+battery).

I thought I would receive better service but I waited 4 months for my solar to work and it’s still has issues. Brian is a person that doesn’t keep his word and I am paying the price so NO I don’t recommend this company to anyone who would like to go solar but I do recommend to go solar. I don’t trust this company and I’m suck with them for 25 years. The installers were very nice and professional so it’s not on them but on the management team that doesn’t keep their words. Good luck to anyone that uses them.
