I had other companies give quotes; however I was referred to ABSOLUTE from a prior client. They ordered/came out to take measurements right away...Immediately following they came back to set it all up. Mine was more complex then just taking out the old system and replacing new one. Other (cutting, construction) had to be done - yet they did the install in one entire day. The guys couldn't be nicer. I would recommend this company!

Absolute AC and Heating was the second company we called and I couldn’t recommend them more! The first company said we needed to replace our whole unit, and wanted to force us into making a $15,000 decision on the spot. We called Absolute, their technician Jacob came out, explained what we needed to get done, and even helped us go through our supplemental insurance to get most of what we needed covered. Our unit is working beautifully now and we only spent $90. This company and their people truly know what they’re doing and aren’t out to scam people for more than what they really need. We will now be using Absolute AC and Heating for all our future needs as homeowners. They’ve 100% earned our trust! Thank you!

Absolute AC & Heating are professional honest on time and reliable. I highly recommend them. They installed my AC last April and completed my service today. The owner went out of her way to bring me a new filter several months ago. I haven’t received service like theirs in many years

Very very impressed by Jaime T representing Absolute Air Cond and Heating! He called early to find out what was going on and then texted on the way. Diagnosed the problem, advised me of all costs. Ours needed maintenance work, he cleaned all the dust off, put in sanitize tabs, cleaned drain line, and it’s working great but he still went back outside to check and make sure everything was perfect. Definitely my go to company for all future work.Prices were good and the tech was super professional and also informative with a very pleasant personality. Thanks!!

The company call me for schedule next day at 12 noon for service, and Anthony showed up and fixed it in short time and w/o making a mess. This is 1st time I had Absolute air and I like it.

It was a fast and painless experience. The bill was exactly what the estimate said, the representatives on the phone and in person were very courteous and professional. They even saved us the price of one whole system than only needed repairs when another service said we needed to replace both.

Absolute Air Conditioning is a really great company for me when my a.c. goes on the fritz. They have been my go to company for the past 10 years. They are honest, know what they are doing and have always had me back up and running quickly. James Thomas has been the best repairman I have ever had and is a gentleman I know I can trust to do the job and do the job well. Technician discovered Integrity installed a transformer for my UV light incorrectly. Integrity said we had charred wires and needed $3k to fix everything. Don’t use Integrity.

Technician Jaime arrived ahead of schedule and was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and took care of it expeditiously. At the conclusion of the work order, he explained the work performed, and fielded any questions I had.
