Much appreciation to Office Manager Melaney for setting up our appointment quickly at a convenient time, and to highly-skilled Technician Anthony and his assistant Michael for installing a new plenum and enlarged ducting in our home. The original installation had an S-duct setup that collapsed and drastically reduced air flow to our most important master bedroom. The new elevated plenum and straight-line, larger ducting corrected the problem and restored normal air flow to the entire house. Job well done to the entire Absolute team!

Absolute AC was absolutely amazing! I had a crazy issue with my pipes and Chris sent his best guys out and they didn't stop until they fixed the problem. Great company, Great people!!

Service went well, tech was friendly, and completed job in very timely manner.I want to thank absolute air for changing their schedule on Monday to get us in after our air quit working on Sunday. They had to wait till Tuesday only because they had to order the part. But thankfully they got here and fixed it much earlier than expected. Thank you Christopher and David for getting it done so quickly. I would absolutely recommend Absolute Air to anyone in need air conditioning work. They were all great.

After using a business that only focused on selling me things I did not need, Jaime came today under my new service contract with Absolute Air and I could not be happier. Cleaned and serviced my unit and gave me great advice as to how to keep my drain line clean which has been clogging 3 to 4 times a year. I could not recommend them more and see why the other reviews have been so good. They have a new customer.

I'm angry, frustrated, and annoyed with Absolute A/C & Heating. I used to think they were ethical and professional. In the summer of 2014, we bought our HVAC system from them for $4000. In October of 2018 I had them come out for my yearly HVAC maintenance (cost was $79.95 which used to be $59.95). The technician was here a total of 40 mins max and he told me everything was good and the system ran great. They said that the only thing I needed was a new UV light that needed to be replaced, which I had originally bought from them for $226 in addition to the $4000 HVAC system. I told the technician to please go ahead and get me a new one and install it. His reply was that he would get it ordered with Brook (Office Manager) and once it came in, he would let me know so he could install it. I never heard back from him or the office manager, so I figured they got busy with the holidays coming up. In the past, they were usually pretty prompt and would charge me $100 to $150 for a new lamp. (As a side note, I recently found out that you can buy a replacement UV lamp for half the price on amazon!)
On Jan. 28, 2019 I called Brook to ask what the model number of the UV lamp was and she said she didn't know because she had to look it up and would let me know once she found it. Again, I didn't hear back so I decided to go into the attic and find it myself. Once I got the air handler panel opened, I saw that it was filthy with what looked like black mold and I had to clean the entire unit myself with Lysol wipes and a vacuum (see attached image) which could have been avoided if the technician had cleaned it back in October as well as gotten me a new UV lamp to replace the burned out one. The worst part is that one of the wire nuts was charred as well as melted off exposing the wiring (see attached image). I could NOT believe that this was overlooked by the technician. At the very least, he could have told me about it if he wasn’t going to address/fix it. This is a huge fire hazard and having a 2-year-old in the house, makes this extremely unacceptable putting all of us at risk. It’s infuriating to hear a technician tell you that everything looks good, when in fact it was the complete opposite. To remedy the situation, I ended up going to Lowes to buy some new wire nuts and replacing both myself. I also ordered a new UV light kit (same exact type) on eBay for $90 which I will install myself. Needless to say, I will NOT use Absolute A/C & Heating ever again! Like the old adage says, “If you want it done right, do it yourself”.

Jacob was very professional. He was thorough, concise, knowledgeable. A gentleman from moment one. He answered all my questions & was able to correct the issue promptly. He also came back with the required parts to fix it the next day. He was communicative throughout the process. He cleaned up after himself and was very nice. Thank you!

We had called them for help regarding our AC, Vents and the exchange unit. Great overall job and attention to detail and fair pricing which seems to be the common denominator with most of the reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to call and I will for periodic service. Just called again April 16th 2024 they scheduled me right away. Very prompt and thorough. Jamie resolved our AC issue as a no charge warranty. The best thing about this company is they say what they're going to do and they do exactly what they say. We're glad they're out there in just a phone call away. Thank you. This update is overdue. We had them come out earlier this year as our AC/ Heating System Was not turning on. They had been here Twice before for the same reason.Jaime arrived at 10:00am and finished at 11:17am He found one bad wire and said we needed a new transformer. He would waive the $99 service call and charge only for the transformer $399 I never saw the old transformer. Paid on the spot and later that same day they sent another bill for an additional $359. We disputed the extra charge and they removed that as well. Bottom line it took three appointments to resolve the problem and we were overcharged. We won't be calling back.

Jamie did a fantastic job getting our ac back on. He had to order parts and he got our unit back up and running as fast as he could. Absolute is a great company and I recommend them very highly.

This was my first time using Absolute Air Conditioning for service and I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The customer service in the office was professional and exceptional. The technician that came out, Jacob, was amazing. He was extremely helpful, educated me and had so much patience. He definitely went above and beyond. He was able to fix our situation and let me know of the services they provide to help us in the future. I would highly recommend them.

My fairly new, high-end HVAC system was installed by another company and has been plaqued with problems from system failures to ductwork leaks that caused my garage ceiling to cave in from the accumulation of water. Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating has demonstrated an excellent level of professionalism and technical expertise in diagnosing and addressing the system's problems and I finally believe my system is in good, honest hands!!! I highly recommend this company.

The fan motor replacement was done through Duke Energy's AC Repair Policy. They had to order the motor on Friday and promised that I would be their first job on Monday. Spent the weekend in the heat. They didn't show up until 11:30 am Monday. Said "the owner scheduled a couple of small jobs before mine."

Super company with great responsiveness and good value. I use them on several of my properties and have always been very happy with the quality and workmanship. They stand behind what they do!

These guys are amazing! Our air died on Sunday night. I called Duke Monday morning and they squeezed us in by 1pm. We were up and running with a temporary fix, until our parts come in. They never let us down.
