The first company that inspected my AC unit told me that I had mold in the handler and that my unit needed repairs. All for $5000! Jake from Taylor AC just left. He told me that mold in the handler is normal since it's so humid here. He cleaned it all up and then inspected my AC unit....all good! I am so happy to have found Taylor Air. So many companies try to scam single, older women like me. Jake did a great job! THANK YOU!!!

This is by far the best air conditioning company in our area. These guys are honest, knowledgable and professional. Any time I call, they are able to schedule me right in. Also their annual maintenance is affordable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Called this morning because our furnace was not producing heat, phone was answered by a live person (thank you Stacy!) who got a technician out right away. Brandon quickly spotted the problem and fixed it on the spot. We always use Taylor. They do a good job and are nice people to work with!

Fast, friendly service, they were able to do a warranty on a broken part in our AC unit Even though the unit was not purchased from them originally. We did have to pay for labor cost, but that would be expected. Brandon did a great job and was very professional.

Put in a brand new unit every 2 months broke down. Finally with threat of lemon laws replaces new unit with another that still doesn’t work. Workman used my bathroom leaves my hand towels full of black grease and doesn’t admit to it or tell me until I find it and confront him the next day cuz the couldn’t fix the BRAND NEW A/C Unit!! Shall I go on really.

A week ago I contacted you to come out, check and to do a preventative regular maintenance on a newly bought home. A time was set for the next day at 10 am. NO CALL NO SHOW. Today at 5am I am waking up to 80 to 90+ temperatures because the unit is not working. I would give zero stars but it won’t let me post that low.

I just had an A/C installed today by Jeff and his assistant at Frazier A/C on Rainbow Drive in Clearwater. This was the best service I have ever received. Jeff was a pleasure throughout the whole process answered all my questions and the workmanship was spectacular top of the line more than I expected. I purchased a Condo unit at Harbor Club, off Alt 19 in December 2022. One of the selling points was that the Aircon unit had been replaced in March that year. Unfortunately, the main compressor/ condensor unit failed a few days ago. I was informed by my new aircon company the failure was caused by contamination in the copper pipes and lack of proper purging of the system when the unit was installed. Note that I was unaware at the time that Fraziers had installed the replacement. Although the replacement compressor/ condensor unit were covered by the manufacturers guarantee, the labor cost and Freon gas were not, resulting in a charge to me of nearly $1,000. My aircon company approached Fraziers due to to see if they would contribute something towards this cost as it was their their lack of proper purging the original system that caused the failure. They stated they were not interested as it was outside their labor waranty period. I feel that this was unfair as there is no way I as a new owner would know about the problem.
