Brandon came out very quickly. Explained more to me in 10 min than 2 other companies have in 2-3 months. Unfortunately our issue is very intermittent but will definitely be calling them again as soon as it happens. He didn’t want to replace something that he didn’t know for sure would fix the issue. Very honest and trustworthy. Also the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and great to work with!

Been a customer for years. Always treat me well and take care of issues I'm having with my AC. Entire staff is great but special shout-out to Jason!! Highly recommend for honesty (won't try to sell you something you don't need), great customer service, reasonable prices, responsiveness, and willingness to answer my questions.

We have been using Taylor now for a couple of years for our business, they have always and continue to be a professional and off a first class service. Lack of AC is always one of those urgent situations in FL, so when we have reached out and advised Taylor the situation, the engineer Jake turned up and get it running in a short period of time, was polite, engaging and walked through the issue and some preventative aspects. We have never been disappointed on any level and their honesty shines through.

This company is small enough to know it's customers, yet large enough to respond to urgent needs. The techs are all knowledgeable and well trained, and have been with the company for many years, which tells me that Dave and Stacie, (the owners) treat the employees with respect and fair wages. The best experience that we have ever had with an AC company. We could not be happier and highly recommend this company.

Jake came out on a hot Sunday to troubleshoot why my AC wasn't working. He quickly found the part that had failed. He then showed me the part was under warranty... unfortunately being Sunday I'd have to wait for it until Monday. He then offered to go to their warehouse to find a used part he could install giving me AC while waiting for the warranty part. Smart. Nice young man. I would highly recommend Taylor Heating and Cooling of Clearwater!

Several years ago, I had an A/C unit installed by Taylor, and I remembered the permit inspector was familiar with Taylor and said the work they've inspected was reliably solid on the various units. Since then, Taylor has always been courteous, prompt, and fair in service and repairs.

Great company! My AC stopped working and they were able to come out right away. Honest, reliable and extremly helpful. Also, VERY fair prices… Walked me through exactly what was wrong so I can also try and troubleshoot next time. Jacob was amazing too! Will use them again for any needs!

Excellent experience with Taylor Heating and Air Conditioning! From initial call to the office with Stacy, to interacting with the Technician Brandon, to processing payment digitally, truly a 5 star experience.

Stacy helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone, even went so far as offering to help walk me through a DIY fix for a suspected clogged drain line. She then gave me options for having a technician come out that worked with my budget and need.

Brandon was great, worked quickly and independently, Stacy was correct in her troubleshooting and Brandon was able to tackle the drain line quickly. Would definitely recommend for homeowners, realtors, and landlords. They’re great for everyone

A neighbor recommended Taylor when we needed an AC repair. We were out of town, so this was handled remotely. They were easy to communicate with, showed up as agreed and the charge seemed fair. The technician called me as I requested and explained eveything since I couldn't be there during the service. He and the office staff were very professional, I highly recommend this company!

Oct 2023 I had anew Combi put in, new Halo for clean air. Since then I been with out heat and I’ve had to pay them 4xs to do what should have been done. Today I had John Belem out because it still don’t work. $450 later we found out the furnace was set up for 3 zones. So everytime it went to come on the the zone we don’t have came on. My home is only 1100 sq feet and doesn’t need zones. We were overcharged. Also we paid $990 for a Halo to clean the air in the house. When we called them they refused to talk to us. Blocked us from calling for service. We are in process of going to Court.
The Ladies in the office will not allow us to speak to management or the owner.

I would definitely recommend these guys. They've been helping us to maintain our A/C system for years.

Taylor has worked on our AC for many years and installed the new unit several years ago. We have not had any trouble with it until last weekend. It made a weird noise and stopped cooling for awhile. It seemed to be okay after that but we wanted to be sure so we called for service. They scheduled us for a few days later. Jason came out and after describing the problem, he knew right away what had likely occurred due to a momentary power outage. He checked the rest of the system and told my husband what to do if this same thing happened again. He was on time and did a great job! Highly recommend them!!

It’s so hard these days to find a reputable contractor you can trust. Recently, when our Air Conditioner died, I contacted a realtor friend who owns a number of rental properties. Without hesitation, he recommended I contact Dave Taylor, the owner of Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning. Dave came out the next day and we discussed the nuances of our particular situation. He provided quotes for two options, and rearranged his schedule to install our new system as quickly as possible. His team arrived at 8:30am as promised, and our new Heat Pump system was up and running by 2:00pm. He and his team were very cordial, and knowledgeable, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. He now has us as a customer for life, and I have already begun recommending his company to friends and family. Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning is a first-class operation for all of your HVAC needs.

Brandon from Taylor Heating & Air just finished servicing our air conditioning unit. He did an amazing job and was very efficient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed having him here and will continue to have Taylor Air as our service company.

After having 3 other companies come and tell me anywhere from 2k -4500 to repair my HVAC unit. Jake came out who inspected my unit and told me it was only a fan motor and not the 4 things the other companies were trying to scam me out of money for. A/C not working at all. David from Taylor Heating and Air conditioning came out arriving at scheduled time. He checked out the system and replaced capacitor. Soon a/c was up and running. He explained everything to us; what was wrong and what had to be replaced. He said everything else looked good. He was respectful and courteous. Very happy with this experience with Taylor Heating & Air conditioning. Would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding experience from the first phone call Wednesday late afternoon; Jake the Tech showed up promptly at 10 AM on Thursday; promptly checked and diagnosed the issues; fabricated and installed some replacement parts; and the system was back up and running by 11 AM.
