Tyler did a fantastic job servicing my AC today. He understood the issues I was having and made thoughtful recommendations to help with the problems I was having. He went above and beyond by driving back when I had an issue shortly after he left and fixed everything and made it better than it was before.

Victor provided me with wonderful customer service during his visit. He carefully inspected my AC system from top to bottom, described all of its components and how they worked, and clearly explained the problems he was seeing with my current system. He helped me to identify various options to pursue and did not pressure me to go in any particular direction. A+ ++++

Cali and Anthony came to my home for routine maintenance. Cali has been the one that usually comes and he is Amazing and with the best customer service!! This visit, he introduced me to Anthony as he was new to the company and was working with him! WOW!!! n Anthony was very professional and had also been very customer service focused!! After talking with him and seeing both Cali and Anthony together, all I can say is this is the "Super Outstanding Team" and the service they provided was Excellent!! I also am so impressed that every time Cali comes, he calls me ahead of time and asks me if I need anything, or can he bring me a cup of coffee!! I am a Classic Ms. Florida and promote business services, core care development and community outreach. Today, I am promoting honest, dedicated and 2 individuals that made the difference providing exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain what was going on with our AC unit in a way we could easily understand, and he never made us feel rushed.

Avie’s kind demeanor and helpful attitude made the whole process stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running properly before he left, and it was clear he genuinely cared about doing the job right. Having someone so pleasant and skilled come to help us was such a relief.

I highly recommend Global Cooling. They were fast to respond, punctual and the tech Victor found the problem, thoroughly cleaned all the lines with acid, vinegar and nitrous to make sure the line flows perfectly. He was kind, quick and professional. He really went the extra mile and knew his craft.

Oscar and Daniel arrived at 7:30am as promised. They worked endlessly changing the air-handler, adjusted the drain pipes and installed the UV protection and the compressor and condenser assembly. They were very professional, courteous and did a very clean job. We are very satisfied. Thank you!

We absolutely can’t say enough good things about Global cooling and Cali Melendez. Our AC went out around 9pm. We called Global cooling and in a very short time Cali arrived, found the problem and had it fixed in no time. Cali is very professional and extremely friendly. We recently contacted Global Cooling and had an air conditioner technician come to our home to fix a mechanical issue with our heat pump. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Davielle was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the problem, as well as our payment options. It really struck a chord when he expressed his concern that this issue was an expensive repair since we are entering the Christmas holiday season. His expertise was apparent, and he worked diligently to get our system running again. In today’s world where speediness, profit margins and a company’s bottom line are the golden rule, it is rare to find someone who truly cares and exemplifies great customer service. I had an after hours AC service call tonight. AC unit just randomly turned off, or so I thought. Until Victor Gonzalez arrived, and within 30 seconds he had diagnosed the issue. Victor had my AC up and running in no time! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, transparent, and punctual. He truly does his work with positivity and enjoyment. He was very forthcoming with preventative maintenance suggestions and troubleshooting advice. Global Cooling is fortunate to have him on their team, and anyone reading this would be as well, to have Victor maintain their AC.

The technician Victor was knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around a very nice person. He got me up and running on a Saturday thanks Victor. I have a yearly service contract with Global Cooling, however, I did think their fee to come out on a Saturday was extremely expensive, but that’s no knock on Victor. He was awesome.

The tech came in, did a through inspection and discussed the condition of my system. I knew it was old and would eventually need to be replaced but I was the one that brought it up and we didn’t discuss that until he evaluated my unit. He was very thorough and told me what my system needed to operate at peak performance. I asked him the cost of a replacement system and was shocked at how reasonable it would be. He made sure it was running well before packing up his tools to leave. Did one more inspection before he left. It was nice to deal with such a knowledgeable tech whose only thought was to get us running again. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a crew come out to service my very old unit and quickly realized it was time for a replacement. The installation team was fantastic—professional, polite, and efficient. I especially enjoyed working with Oscar and Daniel; they were outstanding. They installed the new unit and didn’t leave until everything was completed and spotless. I highly recommend them!

As the new owner of a house serviced by this company, the staff would tell me the previous owner owed 3 months of billing, when in fact they owed nothing. The technicians of this company are very unprofessional as they never cleaned to coils. the service agreement calls for full serving including cleaning of the coils. They wanted photos which I sent to them. Always one excuse after another. They said they would have the tech call me. never had any call.
Very unprofessional and i would never have any service by them.
They don't deserve any stars.

This Global cooling company has never failed to do anything short of professional work. The past 3 yrs they have been there. The techs that come out are all highly skilled and professional. From the appt call to letting you know they are on their way, to send a photo of who will be in your home is top notch.Thank you Global.
