Rae got here before the time scheduled which was awesome. He quickly inspected my unit and figured out what was wrong with it. In less than 30 minutes my AC was blowing ice cold again. Great company and great guy. Thanks!

Global Cooling has been a huge help servicing and maintaining our HVAC system. They have come out to us 5 times to service our system, replace a blower and capacitor, clean air ducts, and mold/contaminant removal (pictured). Each tech that has come out was knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Prices are fair and parts are backed by a warranty. Highly recommended business if needing AC repair or services.

I met Brian Bernier for the first time. He performed maintenance work to our a/c unit and he did a very good job. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He also gave some recommendations to keep the unit running properly.

When our old unit started having issues, they were always fair and transparent—clearly explaining what was going on, what our options were, and never trying to upsell or pressure us. Davi and Troy did an amazing job being thorough with their HVAC system maintenance! They made sure the drainage system was good and even crawled under the house to make sure there weren't any clogs. They also checked humidity levels and other possible issues I need to be aware before the next florida summer hits and the equipment I would need to enjoy a nice cool summer. This is a review after several visits from Global Cooling.

"You get what you pay for." Well with Global Cooling you don't just get excellent and FAST service, but unbelievably polite and friendly technicians. In fact it would be easy to call them friends. I have dealt with Gary, Joshua, and Cali and cannot express how respectful and sincere each visit has been.

I was a member of their subscription service from the very first visit. I called in the morning and by the afternoon (it was 95 out) I had cold air again. It's more than just pricing, it's how you are treated as a customer. You could shop around, find the dirt cheapest quote and take that gamble. I am a mechanic by career and can fix a lot of stuff, but I am not risking that with my my A/C, especially here in Florida! They offer warranties on everything they do.

I did not want to write a review until after several visits. I wanted to see if the membership held value and how subsequent visits panned out. Overall, the membership has broken even with the discounts I received from repairs/upgrades. That means I received free cleaning and inspections with no cost thanks to that membership. So for me, someone with an older a/c system, it was a no brainer to subscribe.

If you are someone that values service experience, speed, and a warranty, than I HIGHLY recommend Global Cooling. If you are price-hunting and complain about every cost, maybe get that one persons uncle to do it. After it breaks a few months later, call Global Cooling and they'll probably fix it in an hour lol.

This company is excellent in every possible way. With temperatures in the high 20s to low 30s, my HVAC system decided to take a break. I called global cooling and someone answered my call and was able to set up and appointment immediately. Our technician Brian showed up before the estimated time of arrival given. He was exceptional in more ways that one, extremely polite and explain everything he was doing or about to do. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Adding to my previous review (10/16/25): CALI came out to repair my unit (a frog decided to climb on the circuit board and that didn't go well for the poor frog) - Cali fixed/replaced it in under an hour and I was back up and running! Great service and under warranty! He also completed my biannual maintenance while he was here to save the trip and free it up off my schedule from next week.

Previous review (4/8/25): Avie came by today for regular maintenance on the system. I had it put in 1 year ago and have ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT from day 1! Power bills have gone down, house is SO comfortable. Love the smart thermostat and ease of use, scheduling, change it from anywhere. Everyone I've dealt with at Global cooling have been super nice, friendly and genuinely want to do a good job. This is the second time Avie has come by and he is extremely pleasant and concerned with doing a good job, making sure everything is in tip-top shape. I can't give anything but the highest recommendation for this company and all it's employees. Super pleased. Love the system, love the company and employees. Keep up the great work!

Our AC heating went out in the midst of the Florida February Freeze. Victor and Jeremy arrived first thing in the morning and diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were professional, courteous and efficient and provided detailed information about the issue as well as a bunch of explanatory pictures. Pricing was very reasonable. The best AC company I've ever dealt with - Global Cooling will now be our preferred AC maintenance and repair company. Great job guys - thanks a million !!

I didn’t expect a routine maintenance visit to be this enjoyable — but this cooling company seriously exceeded expectations.

They showed up on time, were incredibly thorough with the maintenance, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense (no confusing tech jargon or pressure to buy things I didn’t need). You can tell they take real pride in their work — every detail was checked carefully, and they made sure my system was running at its absolute best before leaving.

What really stood out though was their personality. Friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to have in my home — which honestly makes a huge difference. It felt less like a service appointment and more like having a knowledgeable friend help make sure everything was in top shape.

Well... my pump won't heat; my capacitors have no capacity and my freon probably took a jail break. Not the most pleasant news but Victor and Jeremy were. They gave me a comprehensive explanation of my units condition and all the possible options for a remedy.

Victor did an outstanding job on my AC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He showed me the issue with my transition box above the air handler, gave me honest recommendations, and made sure the work was done right. I could tell he really cared about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and ask for Victor if you want someone who goes above and beyond.

Calixto Melendez and his helper took great care of our regular maintenance. They explained everything the good and possible issues down the road. I like how they recommend things to be more efficient and protective but they DO NOT push you into getting anything. This is a wonderful company that has been helping us with fair and reasonable prices for the last 8yrs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to help you out with out taking advantage of your situation. They did a great job as always, I have been using them for several years for my annual check ups and repairs. Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with!

6 months after initial installation of the unit, the thermostat did not kick on the heater. AC Guys replaced the thermostat for free without trying to charge anything else. They stuck by their 1-year service guarantee, that was pretty cool.

Completely satisfied. Timely and professional. The tech took the time to explain the service and cleaning process. He went above and beyond to insure my unit was working properly.
