They came out the same day I called and arrived within the time span they specified. The staff I was in contact with were professional, friendly and polite. They had to order a part but it came in the next day and was installed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. Thank you, AC Guys!!

Horrible customer service!! Especially on the call center!! They pretty much say they misunderstood you and do what ever is on their mind!! Service people that came out!! The crew was on time and very friendly. The explained what was to be expected and gave us a price upfront. They discovered our thermostat wasn't working and they were able to replace it while under warranty. We have been customers of AC Guys for a couple of years and will continue to use them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was in desperate need of my AC to run as it is summer in Florida. I put in an inquiry online before working hours and immediately Ashley reached out to me. I called at around 11:45 am and a technician was to my house by 12. The issue with my AC was diagnosed and fixed by 12:30. The service was amazing and quick. I would 100% recommend and use AC Guys again.

Could arrange an appointment within a week of calling. Technician came within the 2 hour window (most others have a 4 hour window). Technician let me know he was on his was and did an excellent job.

Wallace from AC Guys came out and helped me diagnose my AC which kept turning off. It's a new 4 ton iAir system, so I couldn't figure out why it was doing what it was doing. Turns out it was a congealed up drain line that only thorough cleaning would fix. They were on time and professional, didn't hurt my wallet and didn't try to up-sell me on things i didn't need. Looking at you Frank Gay....I will highly recommend you give these Guys a try!
