My ac had to be replaced. The technician was on time and the compressor was replaced with no complications. I've had AC Warranty service my apartment for many years and happy with them.

Very professional and extremely quick to respond. We've been customers for a long time and are continually pleased with Mickey and staff and field people!

The workmanship was ok but the customer service was horrendous. When they apparently forgot to send a bill, I received a phone call message stating that they were sending the account to a collection agency for non payment. I immediately called to make payment and asked for the manager. I explained my reason for calling and that I hadn’t received the bill but can gladly pay then and there via credit card. Although they obviously screwed up by not sending a bill I was then verbally attacked by an extremely rude woman, who I later found out was the owner. I sent an email telling the manager how appalled I was at the way the owner spoke to me and she replied with a very patronizing email. So I guess that’s the way they like to do business... I will no longer do business with them.

The service was very prompt from the time I called and Ricky showed and talked me through the process of blowing out the condensate line which was blocked with algae. I appreciate the excellent service!

The technician was very professional about explaining my problem. He outlined the best solution and how long it would take. His estimate was accurate and my garage door is working again. Thank you so much. Highly recommen

My neighbor recommended AIR CONDITIONING WARRANTY CORP so I called and they called before they came, showed up ON TIME and had it fixed in such a timely and professional manner it blew my mind. Wish I could've gotten the gentleman's names but they were so kind and professional too. highly recommend!!

Over many years, I have been a satisfied client of Air Conditioning Warranty Corp.. The team from management to the technicians are efficient, professional, and customer service oriented.

I have used them a couple times this year for different issues and they were able to easily diagnose and fix the problem every time. The nice part as a house manager is that they took time to explain the process, answer questions and offer tips to maintain and troubleshoot potential problems down the line.

Fernando was punctual, most cordial and, most importantly, an excellent technician. He thoroughly took apart and cleaned the drain pipe and tray.

I’ve had a relationship with these guys for quite awhile now, and no matter who arrives at the door it’s always a pleasure. Ricky was amazing as usual. He was fast and friendly something I value being in the service industry. I can also always count on Micky to give me a good laugh when I call for an appointment. What an amazing group of people. Highly recommend

Rafael came to fix my air conditioning unit in my house.

It had a small water leak.

I had to order a part that would take 3 weeks and I panicked.

He was super smart and put Freon in to keep the house cool.

If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be able to stay at home.

I recommend him to anyone who needs to fix their air conditioner.

He was attentive and did an excellent job.
