Bought a 9k AC unit just over one year ago. Already needs a new motor! We got the warranty that covers parts for one year and labor for a year. They want $2600 for labor to replace the motor! I think this is outrageous! They said it’s that much because they have to buy a new motor, so what was the warranty for??? This company is just dishonest with how the warranty works. Would not recommend them!

Used to be a loyal customer- will most definitely not recommend them to anyone nor use them any longer.
We bought a brand new $10,000 unit 1 year and 7 months ago and warranty to cover 10 years. Our motor just broke and they want to charge us $2650 for parts and labor, even though we have a warranty!
They won’t stand by their products and told me sorry it rains and it broke your motor and hung up on me.

Every experience with them has been fantastic, especially when it comes to warranty services. Their response time is always impressively quick, and I can't stress enough how fair their pricing is. The technicians are truly top-notch, bringing expertise and professionalism to every job!

Nathan from Air Around the Clock came today for our contract service on our (2) 4 ton ac units. Never had anyone as good as him. He was awesome. Spent the time to check everything. Cleaned the air compressors. No one ever did that. I will be requesting him personally for our next service.

Technician was thorough, professional, and friendly. He explained in layman's terms his observations about the status/performance of my A/C system. I hope he returns for my next routine maintenance and/or repair.

Had a regular service appointment. A/C was “squeaking” when running. He decided to order a new fan & belt. Returned 2 days later to replace the parts. Wasn’t something I was complaining about, he just said it shouldn’t be doing it, so went the extra step to correct the issue.

I have called and have had my “new” HVAC serviced many, many times because it just wouldn’t cooly home. A quick check was done each time always ending in a coolant recharge. It was never more than a quick fix that stopped working within a week or two. Yesterday, a different person came. He spent well over an hour and actually used a beeping gadget to examine the entire unit. Ultimately, he found a loose connection allowing the coolant to escape. Now, my system works better than it had been the entire three years since installation. He went further than anyone prior and seems to have solved the issue. THANK YOU.

Our first service with Air Around the Clock was excellent. Our technician Luis was very well versed in his work. He explained why the backup was occurring, removed the sludge, and gave us some pointers on what to do for the next six months. I would recommend Air Around the Clock to everyone!

I had a leak in my fridge waterline, your plumber came to replace the water line and ran a waterline at the top of my cabinet where now the drawer does not close properly. He ran the water line at the top of the cabinet instead of the bottom where there are no drawers, just cabinet space. Now my drawer does not close properly and the waterline instead of being run down so the is no backflow runs along the top of the cabinet behind the drawer and impedes door closure.
This in UNACCEPTABLE and MUST BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.
I spoke to Rebecca this evening and explained the problem. I am very disappointed with the service and the repairman. When he finished he requested payment in a very rude manner. This repaired was covered by my appliance insurance and he was huddling me to pay him direct. Very poor manners. I will report this to my appliance warranty company so they know the type of service people being sent to their customers.

The AC was replaced along with a new thermostat. Everything went well and the installers were very professional. It was supposed to take 4 hours but it ended up taking 6, which was not a big deal, just wanted to mention it. I am glad we had the AC replaced when the weather was nice and cool.

Air Around the Clock was recommended to us by a family friend when about 8 months into purchasing our home our AC gave out. We purchased our AC unit through them and have been getting the AC maintenance done every 6 months by them. They were and are absolutely wonderful and we’d recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

The installation went fine and didn't take as much time as I expected. I was disappointed to learn that the $400 discount that I was offered was really only $200 because the other $200 was actually an FPL rebate. The $400 discount was presented as a good will gesture from the company because I recently paid for a major coil cleaning on the old system. Had the technician that quoted me the price been up front about the rebate and what the discount really was I would give a much higher rating

James was very professional and gave us our options right away. Shantez came the same afternoon to install a new unit. He was awesome. Very efficient and knowledgeable with a great attitude.
