Just had such an amazing, long distance scheduled maintenance and repair appointment with Jacob and Jarrett at Beachcomber in Sanibel. It is hard to be an "absent" owner but Jacob was a total professional and communicated with me via phone while assessing our A/C unit. I feel very relieved and satisfied to have found such an amazing company with this "high level" technician who provided such great service.

I have always received excellent results and service from Sunset. Noah was a friendly and knowledgeable tech who performed my inspection and filter change today. He did a great job.

The tech and install crew were absolutely wonderful! Tyler our maintenance technician was so helpful! And Korey and Sean did a great job with the new install. They did a great job and were very friendly and informative about the new system. We highly recommend!!

Came down from up north to open our seasonal home. Came in and our air conditioning wasn’t working. Called Sunset Air and Noah was here in about an hour. He solved our problem immediately. Great service and very professional, the technician was very polite and very thorough with his explanation of everything he was doing and what he believed were the problems as he was assessing the situation. Work was performed quickly and pricing was fair and invoiced accurately.

I had my air ducts cleaned by Sunset Air & Home Services, Inc., and Mikey did an outstanding job. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was his honesty, he explained everything clearly and only recommended what was necessary. The ducts look great, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Mikey and Sunset Air & Home Services for anyone in need of duct cleaning and air conditioning service.

We had Tyler come service our air conditioner and our pool heat pump today. He was awesome. He really cared about doing the job right. He did a great job explaining everything to us and sharing the options. We've always had great service from Sunset and their technicians and Tyler is one of the best! I highly recommend Sunset.

Jacob was fabulous! We had a “no heat” call, but the problem was the rusted electrical on the roof freezing the unit. Jacob fixed everything, tested to be sure it worked and even changed the filter. We’ve used Sunset Air for ages and have been consistently pleased with nice, knowledgeable technicians - like Jacob.

I was very impressed with my recent experience with Sunset Air. I called with an issue with my thermostat and within 45 MINUTES, the nicest technician, Yorgi, arrived to save the day. Yorgi was very kind, knowledgeable, and explained what had happened. He fixed the problem quickly, and Sunset Air’s price was fair. I will happily continue to use Sunset Air for all my AC needs. I highly recommend them—and if you get Yorgi as your tech, you can trust his expertise to fix your issue!

Korey and Seiyen arrived promptly this morning to install our new A/C unit. They were professional, knowlegable, and very efficient.
The area was perfectly clean when they left, after making sure we understood the workings of the new equipment. Very pleasant guys. Kudos to you for an excellent staff. We are extremely satisfied with their service.

Edgar and Tyler were here this morning for semi yearly maintenance and were amazing. They went above and beyond what we would normally expect. They explained everything clearly, gave us recommendations for optimizing our system and actually found construction material that had been left in the unit by the original installers and though difficult, removed it all. They were polite, pleasant and knowledgable and we highly recommend them.

Roger and Taylor installed a new AC unit at our residence. They were polite and professional throughout the course of their work. They left the area clean and tidy, and answered all of our questions about the new unit. Roger went the extra step by taking the time to help us program the thermostat for remote access. We have been very happy using Sunset Air for the regular maintenance of our AC units, and I would further recommend them if you are in the market for a new unit.
