this is a great small business... had them replace our home A/C unit and all of our duct work ( house is 30yrs old) ... added new returns and rebalanced the the air flow ... fantastic job ... you could store groceries anywhere in the house

Small but mighty HVAC company, which was highly recommended to clean the mold and corrosion out of our air conditioner. They fixed all problems, and were so impressive that we will probably switch to them for regular maintenance.

Southern is a great company to work with … installed a new unit for me a year ago and came for a service visit today. Professional, Polite and great Communication!

We have used Southern Air for probably 15 years in different properties. We have always found them to be punctual, fairly priced, and technically proficient. And if a problem arose, warranties were honored without hesitation.

Arrived early, Juan confirmed my diagnosis of a blown run capacitor on the compressor. Part was changed out and unit was back in service. No problems.

2 days later, the A/C has gone out twice more, this time the condenser fan needs replacement. This will be a total of 4 trips to fix the problem
Day#4: Juan changed the condensor fan. Ais coming out of the vents were 20° below ambient. Now we wait 24 hours and see if the unit keeps cooling.

I cannot thank Southern Heating and Cooling enough! We just purchased our home a few months ago and we woke up one morning to it not working. We have 2 massive dogs and need our AC. The lady I spoke to on the phone was SO SWEET with wonderful customer service, she was able to send Ricky out within the hour too! He got our 21 year old system up and running in under 2 hours. Very honest, reliable and polite!
