Reviews of local pros in Holiday, Florida

Can’t say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Alligator Air. Nick and AJ have been friends for years and I had a need to have some maintenance work done on my system. AJ and his helper explained everything, cleaned and repaired some ductwork problems, cleaned the drain line, checked the entire system, and even took before and after photos to show us what was wrong and how it was repaired. Outstanding work, and the labor costs were very reasonable! They will be my go to guys forever! Thanks, Nick and AJ!

Alligator Air is hands down the best AC company in town. From full installations to repairs to service calls Nick is always on it immediately. Great service, great prices and great people. Using them for years and will never change.

Quick, accurate, budget-friendly accomplishment. Over and over through the years. Nick is the best! Great Christian man.

The guys at Alligator Air are the best! The owner (Nick) is the best in the business. He passes the 3 R's. Reliable, Reasonable and Realistic. He's very honest, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Nick at Alligator Air for any customer both residential and commercial!

After obtaining 4 quotes for a total AC replacement, Nick and his crew were by far the best price and value. They were very professional and had the the job completed with little downtime. Highly recommend!

Simply amazing. From first contact to completion of install of new A/C split system only took 4 days. Nicks knowledge of and recommendations for our new unit were on target and his price was great. His casual, comfortable manner of conducting business is greatly appreciated.
The work started precisely on time, and the quality was beyond professional. They went above and beyond expectations in their finish work ( extra layer of sealant on all seams, and insulating and sealing the containment channel for the electrical and refrigeration lines). When they were finished and cleaned up, we couldn’t even tell that they had been working all day.
I definitely feel that I got more than I expected in my dealings with alligator air.
You can’t go wrong using these guys.

I definitely recommend this company for your A/C and heating needs. We flip houses and have a heck of a time getting people to even call us back to schedule a quote! I left a message with Alligator Air and they called me back within minutes... Nick was even able to come out that afternoon to look at our system (which was from the 90’s and needed to be replaced). We got a few quotes from other companies too, and not only did Alligator Air come in hundreds less than the others, they were able to get us done between Christmas and New Years! Install was seamless... On time, very professional team, no surprises/added costs, and they cleaned up when done. We will definitely be using them again!

We have had Nick and his team service our AC for several years and we recently had them install a new unit. They removed the air handler from our attic and installed a new one in our garage. In the process, our attic ladder was damaged. Nick was assertive in acknowledging what happened and paid for the opening to our attic and ladder to be fixed. He is very transparent, honest, and most of all proud of the work that he and his company produce. We are appreciate to have found an AC company that operates with integrity.

What can I say that hasn't been said! Nick has always been a stand up guy! Always professional and courteous! Anytime I had an issue with my old AC unit Nick has always come by and has given me honest solutions! Finally when it came time for a new AC unit. Nick and his team showed up on time and removed and replaced the unit in record time. Throughout the process they remain professional and take the time to answer any questions! I highly recommend Alligator Air LLC!

Alligator Air is great! Nick and his guys were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to come out same day and fix an issue we were having. They were quick and honest. We're new to this area and are happy to have found this company, we will use again! Thanks for everything!

What can I say? Nick and his crew are AWESOME! I had three quotes for a new AC system and Nick's was the best. He is honest, professional, and doesn't try to scam you. His crew showed up on time (actually a little early) and finished in record time. I would highly recommend.

I have used a number of different air conditioning companies and found Alligator Air to be very professional, the most honest and fair and meticulous of all. Nick did a very thorough diagnosis and gave me options. He even suggested I could call the prior installer and have them redo the install as it may be under warranty. Very much appreciated his honesty, but still went with Alligator Air as I trust his team would do it right. I highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with Alligator Air LLC service and installation. Have had them doing our service for years, but recently they installed a new unit for us. Couldn't be happier. Nick and his team were here prompt in the morning and were very professional. Thank you Alligator Air LLC, we appreciate your time and effort at our house. Thanks again
