What a rip off! Tech was here for 3 min to flip a switch and charged $75 bucks! When i called the owner Nik, he basically told me to go screw myself! The days of fair customer service are over! I would never go with these guys again.

Fantastic friendly service! They replaced my outdated HVAC system, inspected & repaired my duct work (I didn't even have to ask), along with upgrading and relocating my thermostat. Technicians were kind and courteous - the owner even stopped by to make sure everything was going well! They even refused to let me vacuum the little bit of drywall mess from the thermostat relocation. They left nothing behind - couldn't even tell they were here afterwards. I couldn't believe it only took them a few hour to complete the entire job. I will definitely recommend them to any one who needs them!!

My air went out over night and I contacted Alligator Air the next morning. Not only where they able to come out the same day. The two techs they sent were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and quick. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it within an hour. I know that this is not always the case, but I was blessed. Thank you Alligator Air, I'll definitely be calling, if any issues ever arise again.

Yesterday (1/22/20), I called Alligator Air with a problem with my Air Handler/AC because the heat wasn't coming to temperature. I spoke with Nick Kamboures, owner, who send out one of his technicians. They reviewed the problem and found that one of the heating coils wasn't working. Jason was very kind and respectful, he took care of the problem quickly. A part needed to be ordered and they were able to fix the problem withing 5 hours.

Nick and his guys have always been good and quick with analysis and repair. Being a small company, I have much respect for them and their work ethic in helping their customers. I continue to use them and trust them with my business.
