Both Ron and helper were extremely knowledgeable and professional when they arrived. They know their stuff. The previous company that worked on our split unit did not properly maintain our system. Thank goodness we found Ron. He cleaned, serviced replaced parts. He now has a customer for life. Thank you Ron to you and your team for professionalism and knowledge.

Rob, Jamie and Alycia did a great job on my new AC install. Rob is one of the most honest AC guys I have had the pleasure to deal with. He let me know there was a problem with the electrical wiring before the installation and everything he said was confirmed by an electrician. They showed up when they said they would, and I was charged the quoted price at the end, and not a penny more. New AC is working great!! Cannot recommend this company enough!!

Rob and his team were professional and absolutely a pleasure to deal with! They were able to replace our A/C unit very promptly during the hot summer and get our house nice and cool again. They offer great customer service and are licensed and insured, which is really important this day and age. I was told by a different ac company I had a refrigerant leak and I had no gas in my system and quoted me about 1300 dollars. RM came in and told me I didn’t have a leak. They did some minor repair and maintenance for a fraction of the cost. If you’re looking for knowledgeable and honest AC company CALL THEM !!!

I couldn’t recommend RM Mechanical enough! I called Rob for a second opinion after receiving a bid for $2000 to replace an internal valve. Rob came out same day, quickly cleaned up the unit and power washed the coils, and I’m back up and running for a quarter of the price. As a female homeowner living alone, I can’t thank Rob enough for fixing the problem and doing right by me. I’ll continue to use RM Mechanical for all future maintenance.

I wanted to Thank R.M mechanical for not only being honest but very fair with their prices. I had called R.M mechanical ( Rob) after having a a/c company come out to look at my a/c. we'll that company was all about making the sale. they never tried diagnosing my problem but quoted an outrageous price to replace my system. I then remembered my coworker that just had his system repaired and said that Rob was very honest. Rob over the was able to get my a/c diagnosed over the phone by my description and his extensive experience so me and my family could have cold air again and then was able to schedule R.M mechanical to replace my system for half what the other company quoted and even came out on a Saturday. Great customer service and very trustworthy. it's nice to see a company that wants to help the customer rather then just make money. Rob at the crew at R.M mechanical has my business and I will definitely let everyone know about my great experience.

Great Experience. My AC went out mid July. Rob got me up and running in two hours. No sales pitch, just an honest good guy and fair pricing. He gave me some great advice since my AC is a very old unit. I highly recommend them. AC going out is never a great experience but finding a honest and good company is!

Rob and his daughter came to the house (on time) and quickly found the problem. He told me that I could probably do it myself to save a lot of money. I found the parts online and avoided the cheap stuff. A few days later I put the new parts in and it works. Thanks Rob for your promptness and honesty. Now I know who to call for hvac help.
