This is the best AC company in town, hands down. Fran is not only professional and knowledgeable, but he will go out of his way to ensure that you understand your options, the costs, and how to care for your unit. He truly cares and provides white glove service that hardly exists these days. If that’s not enough, their prices are extremely competitive. I was quoted almost double by another large competitor in town. He installed a new AC unit in my previous home, and I used him again to look at a suspected leak that I had in my new home in Saint Augustine. He's been in the business for decades and is truly an expert. There’s no one else I’d trust for AC issues and maintenance. Look no further- Air Decision is the best of the best!!

Outstanding service! I got quotes from five different air-conditioning companies and he was the only one that was willing to install a new air conditioner with furnace as I have natural gas. Every other company tried to talk me into a heat pump, even after I told them multiple times I did not want a heat pump. They explained it was cheaper. I explained I didn’t want a heat pump. Fran ordered the system after the first meeting and installed it three days later. He even moved the AC pad to the side of the house. So that it wasn’t in view of my patio anymore. I definitely recommend this company and would hire them again to work on my house and my clients.

Incredible experience from beginning to end. We were recommended to this company from a mold inspector. Fran came to assess the air unit that was filled with mold.. he went into the attic and immediately knew we had a big problem. He confirmed what the other two ac companies had suggested the problem was. He was informative and frank about our situation and moved his entire schedule to put out families health first. They worked tirelessly in the heat for an entire day and had us breathing fresh air within the day. He checked in to make sure all was well and running smooth. This company cares about what’s right giving all the options and best of all having the most fair price we were given for a whole new duct system compressor and unit. We’re thankful for Fran and his crew for taking care of us.
