We were very excited to find such a honest , knowledgeable and professional Heating and Air Company. We will continue to use Einstein for all of our Heating AC needs. We wanted the most basic thermostat with no bells and whistles. He came out and installed it and checked out our unit to be safe. Very honest company!! Thank God for honest AC men..

I had an issue with my system around 730pm. I called every company in town. Not one was able to come that night . My Technician was courteous, and helped explain things to me . I will be using Einstein from now on , and I would recommend them to anyone . Thanks again !

Air to Air just completed our six month service call. Chris, the technician, did a great job in a through and timely fashion! Very satisfied with the service.

While the staff are nice it doesn’t excuse that I’ve been trying to get my ac fixed for 11 months now. They have come 5 times, and still have not resolved the issue and keep putting it off with temporary fixes, and then no plan to come back to actually fix it which requires me to call again, and again, and again, and again…
Also there is no set time they will come it can be anytime between 8-5 with no heads up until they are otw.

My husband called in regard to a smell coming from our AC (our house is only a year old) and we were told they'd send a technician out. But, we weren't given a time frame--they don't tell you whether it's morning, afternoon, or evening before they come out. They just call before they're on their way, and if you don't answer, they don't show. Odd, considering most companies at least give you a few hours time-frame to prepare. But after yesterday...it must be because they are habitually late/behind or total no shows to their appointments.

BTW, they charge a $75 diagnostic fee.

My husband waited all day yesterday for them to arrive. By 4:30 he called the office, and were told that the tech was "almost there", by 6:45 we assumed they weren't coming. The next morning there was no follow-up on their part. We followed up ourselves and asked if the $75 was still required since they didn't even show, or update us. They said they wouldn't charge us for yesterday's no-show on their part, but if they were to show today, then yes (fair enough, I get it). But nothing in an attempt to make the situation better, no reconciliation on time lost from work in regard to waiting for them all day--nothing.

Poor customer service, terrible communication, and if we're already calling about a unit that's a year old, I can only assume the unit is garbage too. Stay away from this company if you can.

I moved in my house in 2019 (4) years since I’ve been in my property. Two months prior to me moving in the AC went out they came out and it was fixed. Now here we are again in 2023 and is back out!! Since it is the weekend, I called and spoke with the rep 3 times, and I advise her that I have a disabled brother and needed the AC fixed soon as possible please. Was then advised a technician will get in contact with me. Needless to say Jerry, called at 4:33 PM and stated that there’s no way that he can come out today and that there is a (chance) he can come out on Sunday. But no guarantee! So it still hasn’t been resolved yet and honestly, I believe they put a temporary fix to last a couple of years, and then no plan to come back to actually fix it which requires me to call again, and again!
Also there is no set time they will come it can be anytime between 8-5 with no heads up until they are otw. Then Jerry said call on Monday and they’ll schedule my appointment because he couldn’t do it! He’s working Yulee and Fernandina, which is his priority first! Interesting 🤔 poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking to getting a new AC unit or building a new home. Do not use this company at all!!!

My mother needed a vent installed in her home. Ansley was very informative about the process and scheduling. The technicians, Aiden and Raymond, came out and did a great job. They also cleaned up very well. I highly recommend Air to Air!

Chris T. Was on time, professional, and did a thorough job. Asked if I had any questions. Have used Air to Air for tune ups for the past two years every six months as they were original installers of my unit.

I highly recommend using Air to Air for your AC needs/repairs. Air to Air employees are the best as well. From the sweet girl who answered the phone to the service manager who answered my thermostat questions prior to scheduling. Very grateful to get on the schedule same day, regardless of the window of time. Especially in this Florida heat!! Most companies are days to weeks out. The technician did a wonderful job with changing out my bad thermostat and he handled everything professionally. Now my house is cooling. Great job Air to Air team!

My home had a 27 yr old system it was failing. I called around and got quotes from 6 different ac companies; only to find that air to air was the most reasonable price and they could come out the quickest. So I scheduled for a Friday they called an hour before arriving. They removed the old system and replaced it with a new system. They did everything in the same day. I had to have some new duct pieces and some new vents installed. THE company was very professional. They cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Air to Air.

Air to Air installed our units in 2016 as part of the home being built. We have used them exclusively since then for all maintenance. In July of 2023 we were informed buy their technician we needed to have one of our units replaced or repaired. We were promised a new 10 warranty if we went with the new unit, so we did. Since we are we FPL they charge us based on average cost. In September FPL did an audit and adjusted our bill to more than 4,000 dollars. We reached out to Allen at Air to Air and a technician was sent out at that point we were informed there was a defective part which caused the power draw. Air to Air ordered the part to repair our new unit. We sent Allen and the owner a detailed bill of the overage. They tried to offer us a fraction of the actual overage. I emailed Allen in December and have not heard back from them. At this point we are out $3,000 dollars and still haven’t been provided with our warranty paperwork. Be ware before you use this company.

Highly recommend this company. Whenever we needed our ac fixed we called them and they were able to come promptly on memorial day weekend to get it done. We spoke to Cal numerous times and we were able to get in contact quickly and he always responded in a timely manner!!
