Unfortunately, my experience with First Responder was costly and required additional follow up from another company to resolve the problems. This was despite informing them that the issue was still ongoing and the issues worsened.

My a/c went out to my house and I called a few businesses in the area and Jeremy in the office stood out from the rest, first responders were at my house same day! They took care of me and solved our problem quickly. Amazing pricing and even better service. I will be staying with this company for my needs in the future

Called in a hurry to get some home inspection issues handled and they were prompt and courteous. Gave me an estimate right away and was able to schedule an appointment by the end of the week. I highly recommend the team at First Responder.

First Responder sent out 3 guys over a week to repair our AC unit and of the 3, Holbart was very professional and explained everything we needed to know about our unit, this is the kind of employee every company wants representing them. Kudos and thanks will never use another company because of Holbart.

My air was not cooling made a call to several companies and First Responders was the first call back and had someone at my house within one hour. They were very reasonable with charge and now service my unit. I highly recommend them. Very professional and even gave me some tips on how to keep my unit in great shape. My unit is older and I ask them if I needed to replace it and they were so honest and said no I still should have a couple more years. They very easily could have said yes and I would have replaced not knowing any better. I will never use any other company but First Responders

I had a great experience with First Responder AC & Heat. I used them for my annual service to my unit and a duct cleaning. They did a great job and I was shocked at the amount of dust/dirt they actually got out. I will definitely be adding the duct cleaning to my annual service. Very professional service, nice technicians and fair prices. Highly recommend.

First Responders A/C responded so quickly when our air went out. They communicated well, were very professional and were able to fix the issue at a great price. So nice to have someone you can rely on as the Florida weather starts heating up!

Very happy so far. Been working with Ryan and team for about a year now and most recently for a repair last month. They were very upfront that they could make the repair to the condenser but due to the age of the unit it may not last long. They didn't push to upsell, but provided options in case I wanted to replace the unit instead.

I ultimately took the bandaid approach, which didn't last but after a follow up call, we walked through replacement options and they made it out next day. We're back up and running just in time for the heat to arrive.

First Responder is such an appropriate name for this company. Our AC went out on a Thursday. I started calling Friday morning to other AC companies who couldn't come out until Monday but First Responder was able to come out that same day (Friday) so we didn't have to go all weekend without AC in the middle of July.
The technician, Hobie was very professional and pleasant. Not only that, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was finished in less than 30 minutes.
I have already recommended First Responder to my friends and will definitely be using them again.

Was referred by a friend to this AC company. Ryan was prompt at returning my call , scheduling a tech and keeping in touch with me through the whole process. They were able to diagnose and correct my AC issue the next day . The price was fair and the overall experience made me feel that I was not being taken advantage of. So much so , I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Would highly recommend this locally owned small business for your AC and heat needs.

First Responder A/C & Heat are awesome!! I was a guest in a home where the thermostat went out (and other complications) on a SUNDAY. The home owners called First Responder AC & Heat. Travis showed up within 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on site. The rate was honest, reasonable, and the home owners said they only call First Responders because of their trustworthiness and quality work. Highly recommend!

After calling I had someone at my house within an hour. Felipe was a life saver. He diagnosed the leak in the AC and fixed it preventing any further damage. He took the time to explain everything, was very respectful and left no sign of ever being there. Thank you.

I had them install 3 new vents and tune up both of my units. They showed up on time, gave me a great price, and did fantastic work.
