Please avoid this company at all cost, last year we hired them because our AC broke down and now is broken again, we called them and they said our guaranteed was expired, because is been a year already, we paid thousands for this to be repaired and only last 1 year.

Chris T. was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and explained everything to me. I was satisfied with the job well done and happy to have cool air again.

I am updating to add on a different date and service that Oscar was also very knowledgeable and while my problem was breaker related (I was unaware) he walked me through steps over the phone to solve the issue. I am convinced that Air To Air is my A/C air and heat maintenance forever.

I scheduled a maintenance visit and Chris T. Was the technician that arrived on time. He was very polite and provided a lot of information to maintain our air conditioner. He told me things that I would have never thought of, like pouring a cup of vinegar into the water drain pipe. He was also a great guy. I will ask for him for our next visit in June. Highly recommend Chir T. from Air to Air, Inc.

Brandon is an experienced, dedicated technician who goes above and beyond what is expected. Very polite and professional. I don’t trust anybody else but BRANDON at Air to Air to work on my system. Really awesome guy with unprecedented work ethic. 100/10 definitely recommend!

Had a revisit scheduled. Was told to keep the AC in fan-only mode all day while waiting. It’s now 6:30 PM on one of the hottest days of the year. No show. Tried calling office…got routed to a 3rd party answering service who handed me off to an on-call tech with poor communication skills. He tells me he can try to add me but I’m several calls behind, doesn’t have the appointment info, and tries to collect payment, even though this was a revisit. Clearly not in the system. Disorganized, unresponsive, and unacceptable.

We’ve been calling them everyday since last Thursday to have someone fix our issue. We ended up having wednesday to schedule them to fix it and they told us that they’re going to have to reschedule it again for tomorrow (Thursday), it’s been a week of hot weather. What kind of company is this? Just very horrible service so far! Do better.

Air to Air has got to be the most responsive A/C company I have ever dealt with since moving to Florida. I came home to find a huge water leak/backup late in the afternoon. They scheduled a service call for me and I received same day service. Not only did I receive same day service but Chis T. The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and let me know there was a broken pipe which was going to require an additional service call. He let me know he would reach out to me the next am and schedule a time to fix the problem. He called me by 9am and fixed resolved my issue by 1:30 the next day. Air to Air is not only responsive, but hire dedicated caring technicians who really care about their clients. I highly recommend Air to Air and be sure to ask for Chris T!

Great work by Chris T assessing and replacing a part on my HVAC unit late in the afternoon/early evening. Chris is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and hard working. Most importantly - he has an extremely positive attitude and was willing to work as long as necessary to solve the issue. Highly recommend!

I called and I received same day service. Not only did I receive same day service but Chis. The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and let me know the capacitor was not working , He had one on the service vehicle and replaced it very timely. Chris T dropped by today to service our bi-annual checkout of our A/C system. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional throughout the visit. I had many questions, both specific to our system as well general A/C information. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to share the information with me.

We have neighbors who don't do this service and have had expensive consequences as a result. We like the peace of mind this gives us, especially when we have a good technician does the work. Thanks again, to Chris T!

We moved to Jacksonville nine months ago. Air to Air did all the installations in our neighborhood so I reached out to them to schedule a maintenance contract. The price for this twice a year service is very reasonable and the technician (Brandon) who performed this was excellent. He pointed out the bacteria that was growing on the coil and recommended that we install a blue light which we did. We then realized there are several days when you need heat in the morning and AC in the afternoon so we upgraded to an Auto thermostat that you control remotely with your phone - amazing. The technician that did this installation (Angel) was also amazing. Great company.

Air to Air installed the AC unit when my home was built in 2013 and I have been using their services ever since. I have their technicians come in every six months to service my unit and I call them whenever I have had any issues. Everyone I have worked with, whether in scheduling, billing or the techs themselves have been friendly, informative and professional in every instance. I have received prompt and efficient response when requesting service (especially in emergency situations) and I feel that their prices are fair and competitive and have been surprised on several occasions with some great discounts that helped ease the impact on my budget!

Company is an absolute joke. Placed a service call at 8:00am and had to follow up three times before someone got back to me. Make matters worse the tech was feet from my house but called and said a train was holding him up so he I should call back tomorrow. lol I’m basically frying in my house and this is the customer service I get. I would never recommend this company in any way. Their management is a joke, their service is awful, and I hope new developments see this post and not have them enter into any community’s.

Thank you Chris T, and Air to Air! The air conditioning went out unexpectedly this morning. As someone who works from home, I’m greatly appreciative of the quick response and resolution.
Chelsea got me scheduled for today, and Chris was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what happened , fix the issue and the air-conditioning is working.
I’ve had Air To Air for five years now and they’ve always been Amazing.
