First responder is by far the best AC company I've had to work with. They were very knowledgeable and made the experience of replacing my A/C smooth and virtually painless. I'm going to use them for all my A/C needs.

First Responder AC & Heat did an amazing job at my home! They were able to help us out when our AC stopped working and we could not reach the original installer. This company was very quick and responsive to our situation. They were able to find our information and address the items that were still under warranty. The technician who came to our home was very thorough and polite throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using them in the future for our system.

Once again we reached out to Jeremy and Travis during an issue with our upstairs AC unit. They sent a technician out within hours, evaluated the issue, and came up with a solution immediately. They knew that we had house guests coming to visit and they went all out to track down a new condenser, searching all over the State of Florida to find one that they could pick up and get installed by the next morning. The teamwork is amazing, they all do their part to make things run smoothly and have never let us down when we need their services.

Amazing company!! Honest, quickly diagnosed the injured AC and fixed it. 100 percent would recommend this company!!! Fair pricing as well.

Update- they weren't so helpful the second time around.i had a patch done.
It didn't last a for even a full weekend. The tech said he couldn't fix it unless I paid the amount again, which was $500 again ..
I didn't qualify for financing, so my only other option was window units.
I am just out that $500.
As a single mom that was a hard amount to swallow in todays prices.
Don't do the patches.
It's too risky. The guy I spoke to wasn't the two I spoke with before and he wasnt as helpful unfortunately to getting things fixed for me.

Other than that, id still recommend them fully, even tho I think the tech needed some new training because that leak shouldn't have popped so easily and so quickly seeing as how it was such a small leak.

Very professional and kept up really well with communication which I appreciate so much.

Jeremy and Ryan were both very responsive and compassionate with my needs as a customer even offering me payment plans that fit my schedule which was greatly appreciated as well.

I can highly recommend this company! They replaced our home air conditioning system and came back and cleaned all the vents and ducts. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, also affordable and on time! Travis Martin was a pleasure to worth with!

Ryan and crew are great. Alright, ac was overheating and not working correctly. From the moment we called to the tech arriving. Everything was seamless. They were super prompt and even stayed late to make sure the job got done right. Luckily, we just needed a deep cleaning on our unit and some other basic maintenance things. Not pushy for anything unnecessary. I left everything clean and sanitary. I was very impressed, so we hired them back for duct cleaning. Jeremy came out and did a thorough estimate. They came back and knocked it out of the park. Super upFront about the time, it would take to complete the job and the steps involved. They cleaned and sanitized everything the correct way. Absolutely wonderful experience! Travis has been so super helpful and went the extra mile with customer service. This HVAC company is very knowledgeable and reliable, helping us with each step along the way. They also communicate with us about appointments ahead of time and get back to us very quickly with any questions we have had. We will definitely use this company again and we highly recommend them to anyone!

Felipe came out to our house after we have put in consistent concerns of our AC not working properly for 3 years now and took the time to really do his due diligence. He was professional, explained everything, and really just had great customer service. I have not yet seen the work completed as we must wait on our property management company, but if it's Felipe doing the work then I'm sure it will be done right.

Called on Saturday afternoon, they came Monday (on a holiday) to check the unit, new unit installed Tuesday. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. Would 100% recommend them to any family/friends.

Amazing contractor with outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend this company more. They are super responsive, honest and they care about their customers. We had a problem with our air handler and Jeremy and Ryan spent a lot of time locating and ordering the correct parts to get us up and running quickly. No other company would go to the lengths that they did.

I issue building permits and deal with contractors on a weekly basis. This company far exceeds the standards that I see with other contractors. Give them a call if you are looking for a company that focuses on integrity and customer service.

My AC finally passed away a few days back, and Travis came to the rescue straight away, crane and all. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and very reasonable pricing. I’ll undoubtedly work with them again.

I would highly recommend this company for all A/C and heating issues. They were so professional and worked very diligently. They kept in communication while parts were being ordered, and responded immediately once parts were received. Technicians were very polite and professional. I am very pleased with their service.

When I ask them repair ice machine just wait the ice coming charge $258.75 travel charge $115 plus part charge me 400 more
Too much cost and a few days still not working have to coming again I say don’t charge me again not even a month, so no charge then, then do tell about travel fee first, very disappointed this company still let us do clean plan try charge again, after a month the ice machine not making ice again, i find the company just spent 5 minutes clean the ice machine and after it’s working he say if not making ice call him may need change parts then he just left no charge very quick save time not waist money to waiting the ice drop down charge the extra labor fee not like some company do it how much one ice machine and charge that much fee and not working just clean a little. Not recommended this company.
