Certified Climate Control is a company that cares about your needs and supplies you with just the right unit for your home and budget. Alex took the time to educate me on the systems and involve me in the decision for the unit that would be best for my needs. When the unit was installed everyone involved was very professional and knowledgeable from the courtesy call before they arrived to the cleanup. They are also very proud of their work which shows in the neat clean look of the finished product, I found their prices to be lower than competitors for the same product. If you are looking for a quality company that cares about the customer, their needs and budget, you will not be dissappointed with Certified Climate Control.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Certified Climate Control. They did an awesome job helping my husband and I understand what was wrong with our AC and what needed to be done to fix it. They went above and beyond to help temporarily fix our AC until the part could be bought and fixed the next day. We were able to sleep in a cooled house and they were out to finish fixing the issue the very next morning as promised. The second visit was even better as Tommy was very knowledgeable about what we were describing was wrong and fixed it right away and finished fixing the problem we had previously. Their customer service and attitude was very friendly and helpful really trying to do the best for us the customer. He really tried to help us financially afford what needed to be fixed without breaking the bank. I believe they went above and beyond to ensure our AC unit was working properly and saving us money on our JEA Bill. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of GREAT, Affordable, and Friendly AC services!

We have used First Coast Climate Control for the 2nd time and they are excellent. Found them through Google search. We have a Florida Aquifer Heat pump A/C. Our home was built in 1954. Not sure when the A/C system was installed but its ancient. We kept it when we purchased the home 3 1/2 years ago since it was still working. We have had a freon leak a year and half ago, First Coast Climate came out on a weekend service call. They waived the service call fee with repair and filled in with freon. This Memorial 2019 weekend the inside temp hit 85. We placed an Emergency call to First Coast and Earnie came out on the next afternoon (Sunday). He spent an hour going over the unit and testing everything. He explained the system is very old and its extremely hot outside so the unit is working as hard as it can! When it came time for the bill he said they were not even gonna charge us. We asked about converting to a new system and he gave us specs of what we would need in the future.

Excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

Great company for installation, horrible for follow up & service. They installed my new ac system in 2018, had to replace my thermostat in 2019, now (2021) my the evaporator coils need replacing! Call after call is not returned. Website is down, their listing is taken off Angie's List, and rated 'F' with the BBB.

We recently purchased a new HVAC system from Certified Climate Control. This was the our first time having to purchase a new HVAC system. From the initial call to have someone come out if give an estimate to the final installation, we were extremely happy with the service. Alex came out and in detail and in terms I could understand broke down the components of my faulty system and why it potentially failed prematurely ( previous owner had it installed 9 years prior). Tommy and his install team were very thorough and professional while installing the unit. Overall, we had several companies come out and CCC was by far made us feel the most comfortable while navigating a new HVAC system.

I had a great experience using Certified Climate Control from start to finish. They came out 2 weeks ago to repair my HVAC. After calling several companies I called them and they were able to come out the same day and didn't give me a ridiculous block of time for when they'd arrive. The technician arrived early. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. They are affordable and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have their HVAC repaired.

Certified Climate control came to our home and gave us a free estimate for a new air and heat system. Ed Kitchen was very knowledgeable and gave us a complete rundown of each system. We compared prices with 3 other companies and chose the best value with the most options from CCC.
The crew and Ed came at the appointed time and date and the old system was removed and the new one installed in one day. They explained the system operation and came back in 3 weeks to make sure all was well. Very satisfied and have already recommended them to my neighbors.

They gave me the best deal around on my 3.5 ton Goodman. Installed everything within a couple hours and we are thrilled to now have a cheaper light bill. The guys who installed it were super friendly and great with my toddlers who were all too interested in what they were working on. One pet peeve I may have was a couple bit of spray foam were let in my yard but it was windy so I cant blame them too much. They were amazing when I followed up with questions on my rebates and even the inspection went great. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
This used to be a good company, but should now be avoided as they have gone way downhill. I used them to install 4 separate AC units. They started with major brands but have swapped those out for less known brands.
My final install was fine until tenant called a month later saying it was not running. FCCC sent out a tech that showed up driving their personal vehicle and said "company van has been in shop for weeks", which is not a good sign. Tech said issue was air flow and that the (new unit just installed by them) was oversized for the townhouse and I should install more vents to help. I decided to wait and then 3 days later the tenant called again to report a $700 electric bill for the past month.
I called FCCC again for multiple days and finally got through and setup an appointment to investigate more. FCCC skipped that appointment. I called another company since I was bleeding money and they found the issue in 5 minutes: turns out FCCC was using a recalled thermostat known for problems and the AC was running 24x7 causing the high electric bills.

I did finally talk to owner "Ed" and, like other here have mentioned, he was going to think about it get back to me but then ghosted me and I am left with $700 electric bill plus $300 for competitor repairs.

The owner used to file all paperwork and the city would come inspect (as required). With new owner and the latest install, however, they stopped doing that completely as it was a hassle...

Lots of warning flags here and best to avoid.

First Coast Climate Control is a very professional air condition repair and replacement company. I called them out last year this time. My unit was at the place of no return. I called First Coast Climate Control and set up the appointment. Alex came out and we went over every detail concerning a new unit. He didn't rush us or anything. He really had the listening ear and had excellent suggestions. We chose the unit that we would be satisfied with. The techs were very knowledgeable with the installation. We've purchased two separate HVAC systems from CCC now, and have been very impressed with their service. We purchased our first unit more than 2 years ago, and it's still running great. They came out as scheduled and had it up and running later that afternoon. We had some issues with some hot and cold spots in the house and they provided a perfect solution with a wireless thermostat. We received several quotes from others. Their prices were better than the rest and the follow up service has been great.

They sold me a Daikin 5 years ago. It came with a great warranty, however, they won’t honor it.
The evaporator coil and txv went out Jan 22, 2024 and I am still waiting for the repair. The unit runs continuously and will eventually run out of Freon. Not to mention the higher electric bill.
They schedule it and then never show up without even calling.
Also, I paid for the annual maintenance plan and they never completed the appointments on time within a six month time frame.
Buyer Beware!!!

Same as I read previous reviews. They came out, did fix the issue, but I put a down payment on an ultraviolet light. Then couldn't get hold of them. About a month later blower motor going out. They answer, blame the money for the light on the tech, who's no longer employed. They said they would make it right after diagnosing the blower. Well, 2 months later and Mcgowen finished the job quickly and painlessly. Even cut us a discount for the way First Coast treated us. First Coast was great a couple years ago. Not so much anymore. Don't cause yourself the aggregation of calling them.

Benjamin was on time and very professional. He was very understanding of our issues and escalated it to an a electrician who is coming out. Also gave us great tips on maintenance.

I had an emergency leak in my old tankless hot water heater and had no idea what to do. I contacted this company because they don’t charge an emergency fee to come out and provide a quote on the job. Let me tell you, the leak couldn’t be repaired, and it had damaged all the electrical components, so I needed a full replacement. I was completely taken care of, and within just two days, I had a new unit installed with an even better appearance than before.

My technician, Steve Bush, went above and beyond to deliver top-notch service! I will 1000% use this company again and have already decided to trust them for regular yearly maintenance moving forward. Highly recommend! I LOVE my new unit!

Amazing job.
Requested a repair. I received a 4 hour window starting literally 1.5 hours after my call and they arrived 30 minutes later.
Work was done quickly and professionally and I was completely satisfied. 10 stars!!

Plumbing services, Andrew is professional and offered options for addressing our problem. He provided up front pricing transparency for each option. Work areas were left clean and tidy.

If I could give a ZERO star for their COMMUNICATION I would.
I have had no heat or AC since Friday Feb. 20. The tech told me that it would be Monday before they could get the part. OK.
Been waiting and waiting for a call this Monday morning, since 8am as to the status. I finally called at 11:15am. Was told part is on factory backorder with NO ETA.
Ok. I understand the backorder. The problem is THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME. I needed to prepare one way or the other for freezing cold temps tonight and tomorrow night.

Other than their communication I have been very happy with this company from them installing the new unit, maintenance/up keep service and to the service calls for problems. That I will give 5 stars.

Matt , Paul and Tino successfully hooked our home to city sewer. It was a challenging job that required over 2 hundred feet of pipe and a sophisticated pump station. They were professional and hard working. I would recommend this team for any plumbing project big or small. Thank you guys! Great work!

We experienced a plumbing leak under our foundation Saturday evening (commonly known as a "slab leak") which required total household water shut off. We called Fenwick Services on Sunday for an evaluation and quote. Fenwick service professional was at our home within 2 hours. Rafael Serrano (Technician) was assigned to our home and we couldn't be more happy with the professional service he provided! 100% On time! 100% experienced to handle the slab leak. 100% Informative through the process! 100% Kind and Caring! 100% efficient and 100% Tidy! The service was quick prompt, and the price was reasonable. I showed the technician where I was having an issue and he quickly told me what he could do and how much it would cost me. I would recommend this company again as well as I would use them again.
