We have tried to reach someone in the billing department to talk about whether or not to keep the automatic renewal of their Yearly Maintenance Service. We have not received a call after 2 days of submitting a task to their answering service. Very disappointing with respect to their communication with customers. However, the first preventative service was done by a technician that was very professional and informative of what services were needed.

I wanted to change my thermostat to a smart thermostat. I called Fenwick because I’ve used them in the past to install a hot water heater. John arrived and was extremely professional. He changed out my thermostat using one I had purchased on Amazon, helped me set up the app so I could control the thermostat, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was working well before he left. I felt the price was very reasonable andI highly Recommend Fenwick Waychoff HVAC Service.

Mr. Brenden was excellent. He ensured me he would find the leak. I had 2 other companies tell me they could not find a leak, but I continued to see water coming down the side of my house. Thank you Fenwick. Highly recommend.

Great service the tech came out and quoted a reasonable price. He waited until the part came did outstanding job and all while explaining everything. I always use them and will continue to do so-as they have great service.

We had a leak outside between meter and house. Fenwick was here within an hour. Nathan was great. He worked so hard to find that leak (line was like 2 ft down) and then repair it. We’ve used fenwick before and techs are always polite and great.

Total seem less process from first call, scheduling ( tech showed up within a few hours!!), and technician was knowledgeable and courteous and fix my issue.

Fenwick Waychoff’s came highly recommended by a local realtor, and they sent out Jareld who absolutely took care of us! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jareld took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my system was running efficiently before he left. Tech was super nice and to the point. He answered all my questions, even ones not pertaining to the job at hand. Simple installation on a garage wall on the opposite side of where the kitchen fridge is located. Just wanted an extra filtering system to the refrigerator water line. Super happy, very clean ice now!

We had Fenwick replace old 40 gal water heater with a tankless one that required plumbing and electrician. They were timely, worked very hard, kept everything clean, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also all very customer oriented. Would highly recommend them

Fenwick sent out Rafael and he did an outstanding job. We had a pretty stressful water issue and he found the leak fast, explained everything clearly, and jumped right into the repair. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing.

Rafael fixed the damaged line, raised it to prevent future problems, and got our system back up and running quickly. He worked professionally, efficiently, and really made the whole situation feel manageable.

Rafael was excellent and we really appreciate the quality of his work.

My plumber Tim Allala did a wonderful job! He replaced the tub drain and overflow on two bathtubs within about an hour. Very knowledgeable with 30+ years experience. Great workmanship! Thank you Tim!

Excellent service! Easy to book, punctual, and efficient! Rafael is highly knowledgeable and personable. He took his time and answered all questions! Rafael is great at explaining how plumbing and heating systems work. Fenwick came highly recommended and I’m glad I used them!

We experienced a lightning strike to our house. Fortunately, the damage was minimal however, for the insurance claim (and our peace of mind) we needed an inspection of our electrical system and the lost equipment. Brian was the service technician who came out the same day we called and checked everything necessary. He also spent time educating us more about lightning and electrical currents. He provided recommendations for additional safety measures. He provided the needed information for the insurance. Our usual home service provider, who charges more, was unable to provide this service. We are very impressed with the timely and professional service from Fenwick and Brian. We now have a new home services provider.

Raphael arrived on a Sunday afternoon to repair our tankless water heater. His diagnosis revealed replacement was the best option. He returned after dark with the new unit and installed it flawlessly. We truly appreciate his outstanding work ethic.

Edit: I spoke with a manager from the company today 12/30/25 and we have amicably resolved the issue. As promised I have modified my original review rating from one star to four.

To start the techs and receptionist were all very friendly.

I had a problem with a breaker that kept tripping and initially thought it was either electrical or with the hot water heater.

My issue is with billing. I was charged $150 for your techs to literally just turn the switch off on the tankless water heater. Yes, you read that correctly. I looked at my bill and it says they did a thorough inspection. Really? The cover was never removed, and only a visual look of the outside took place. The breaker panel was never breached as well, just turned the breaker on and off and watched it trip.

I had another company come out the next day, he removed the tankless water heater cover and struggled with it as it had never been opened before since install. I watched him. He then went into the garage, removed the breaker panel cover and tested the breakers with his meter. It was determined that the breaker was bad, and it was replaced.

Would I recommend Fenwick in the future? Honestly, at this point, no. I was charged $150 and was told initially I wasn’t going to pay anything for them to come look at it. I would only be charged if they had a course of action to fix the problem. Fenwick didn’t fix anything, didn’t diagnose anything and didn’t provide a clear solution. Another company came out, opened panels, inspected the equipment and made an attempt to actually fix the issue.

Nathan was great! My garbage disposal decided to self-destruct and was leaking under the cabinet. I set up an appointment on the website at 9:30pm. They had a plumber out by noon the following morning. I had already bought a new disposal "just in case". Hd inspected my old unit. A blade had chipped and grinded the gears. He removed the old unit & installed the new one in about an hour from start to finish. Great job!
