I just called them, they said it would be $90 just to come and diagnose what the issue was. I asked if that would be applied to the repair if I go through with the job and they said because it's an emergency visit the fee to sent out a tech would not be applied to the cost of the job if I decided to get it fixed. Pretty much they think if it's an emergency you're more willing to be ok with that. I'd rather buy an extra fan until someone more honest and fair with price comes along

Angel was very thorough, and helpful. He did an amazing job explaining everything, and didn't try to just sell us a product. He did a great job with the installation. Angel wanted us to choose what was best for us. Along with Angel we had assistance from Michael about pricing on a new unit, and he was very helpful and considerate. We would highly recommend 1Hour AC to anyone!

Update. I was angry when I wrote this review. However, One Hour went over our file and found the issue. They called us, apologized and scheduled the fix for this past Monday. They were on time, and it didn't take a terribly long time. Our a/c is now working as it should, the house is comfortable again and I do recommend them. Miscommunication created issues as well, I believe, but they were great and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you for not leaving us hanging, as I thought it had gone, but they were taking the time to figure it out for a permanent fix, and were quick to get everything scheduled and handled. Thank you so much and I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Horrible. They were out quick to install a new unit and were paid in full. The unit is terrible. Won’t hold temp or Freon. They replaced the same part twice because it broke and caused a leak, then another part but still can’t find the leak, then decided it must be the ductwork, that causes it not to hold gas??????? Technicians are not very skilled, and then they leave because they can’t fix it and tell you someone will call, and then crickets. I am ready to call every day until they either find someone who knows what they are doing, or replace the entire unit. Two year warranty and I am going to blow up their phone and land complaints everywhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THE GUARANTEE IS THAT YOU WILL HAVE A CHEAP AND CRAPPY UNIT AND THEY WILL JUST STOP COMING BECAUSE THEY HAVE ZERO SKILL. I only gave 1 star so I could place this review.

David did a commendable job on our AC. He was courteous and was very knowledgeable of what he had to accomplish. He made suggestions of what we could or could not do. The AC is blowing better than it has lately, and he did a great job, were very happy with his service. Thank you, David,

After having a problem a year ago with my split air conditioner, One Hour Air Conditioning & Heat Company came out & fixed it. I also was greatly relieved to be able to joined a wonderful program they have, where they come out twice a year to clean and make sure everything is working. I was scheduled for my second appointment, on the day I picked, that was convenient for me, they sent their employee name “ Junior.” He knocked on my door with the warm smile, said hello & explain what he would be doing on the outside & inside inspecting, making sure it was clean & in top shape condition. I am not the greatest in always understanding all the instructions, that comes with the air conditioner, Jr was so wonderful!! When I asked if he could help me, he took time to explain and even show me some things on my remote control & truly just helped me. He did all this with such patients, friendly, kindness, even if he had to explain it to me twice. I was so grateful to know that this wonderful company has such great employees. Truly from the person answering the phone to the representative that comes out, my experience has been nothing but happily kind, reassuring, efficient results. I truly recommend this company whole heartedly & who knows you may also just be lucky enough to have this wonderful man named Junior knock on your door, greeting you with his wonderful, kind,

My AC went out over the weekend and my regular service company was closed. I called One Hour and they came out immediately. The service technician, Kasey, was fantastic and the communication from the company was great. This was much appreciated for what was going to be a weekend of no AC. Thank you!!!

I was surprised at how fast he showed up. He is cordial and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and explained to me what the issue was. I am very pleased with his work.

We had one hour air come out four times they never went under to look for the problem just kept telling us. Oh we gotta send another tech two more text. Come same thing same story and then last one was the manager wanting $9000 to have people go look underneath the home instead of correcting the problem and we still don’t have air coming into the home. We live in Daytona Beach Florida and it’s been in the high 90s. We purchased a window air conditioner to temporarily help us out and we’ve got circular fans going.! The last time a manager came out and told us he can get somebody to come back out and go underneath the home for $9000 we already paid 3k plus! They had installed long tubes For duck work replacement which we call the elephant trunks. We had somebody look underneath and actually found one of the elephant trucks is not connected to the home and we are unable to get any cooperation from one hour air to come help connect it we are seniors and this company has treated us so poorly. The only reason I gave a one star is just so that I could leave this message Very dissatisfied. They were recommended by Angie’s we will never use their service again either we spent $3000 and we still don’t have air. It’s all coming out from under the home instead of going through the house. Poor service

Let me start of by saying that Angel, Roy and Sergio are about their business! They built my AC unit with ease. They were personable, very knowledgeable and professional. They communicated with me throughout their entire process and patiently answered all the questions I had. Not to mention they very clean. Thank you. 👏

Roy came over and went straight to business. He was very professional and friendly. The first interaction he was patient with me explaining the moving parts of my AC, didn’t push for me to simply buy an expensive part or a whole new unit as it was a simple fix he had done. When he came back to check up on my unit he complemented on how clean it was, as I made sure to take his advice on maintenance seriously. I highly recommend One Hour. They really care about their business and know with the Florida heat we, the customers, really appreciate having a working AC!

Angel was at my parents house this week. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to get our system working again. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called on a Thursday morning. Tech was out in an hour! Manny was able to quickly identify we had a clogged drip line and fixed the issue. We had cool air before lunchtime and the cost was quite reasonable. Manny made sure to let us know they were a 24 hours provider in an emergency.

I was supposed to have a mechanic come to my house to do a regular inspection. He came and rang the doorbell by the time I got to the door he was gone! I got an angry text saying he wasn’t going to stand around all day. He was there dropped his tag at my door and left. He was not interested in doing any inspections
