Once again, Fenwick saves the day. On a Sunday evening we had an accident with our water heater and was spraying water in our garage. I called Fenwick service. They had somebody on call. They were at our house in under an hour. Gave an amazing quote And had the whole process with old water heater removed and new hot water heater replaced and working in under three hours. Rafael was extremely professional and incredibly efficient with his work. Explained everything that he was doing and what to look out for in the future. He was obviously very skilled and well versed in all things, plumbing and electrical in regards to our repair. I have used Fenwick now for multiple services within our home and they continually to provide exceptional service. They are also very friendly to veterans which I greatly appreciate as well. If you have absolutely any plumbing electrical or services they provide. You definitely need to call them and have them come out and work with you at your house.

We first want to say how blessed we are to have been recommended to Fenwick for services. The service men Michael Underwood and his assistant were excellent very professional punctual and friendly they knew what they were doing and did an excellent job on repiping our home we wish we had used their services before. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and you could tell they took take their job very seriously and are very knowledgeable. Fenwick plumbing did an amazing job “re-plumbing” my whole house after a big concrete slab leak from a 32 year old copper pipe. The repair team, led by Justin and supported by Josh and Matt, were incredibly diligent workers who re-plumbed the entire house in 5 days. Justin was an adept leader who showed his leadership skills, expansive plumbing experience, and superb customer service skills on a daily basis. Justin and his team even worked tirelessly on Christmas Eve to complete the job ahead of schedule and with exacting results. Great job to the Fenwick Team!!! Jf

Stellar customer service. Rafael came out on a Sunday when our water heater broke, no charge. He provided quotes and talked us through several different options. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t ever feel like I was being sold something. I had a few questions that evening and Fenwick dispatch put me in touch with Rafael and he spent time answering all my questions without even being assured he’d get our business yet.
The next day the dispatcher, Jennifer, patiently helped talk us through their service programs and payment options to help us finalize and schedule the install for that afternoon.
Start to finish was a great experience at a very fair price. They were reliable, easy to get ahold of, and followed through. Would definitely reach out to them again for future needs.

They came right out when I lost cold water and their technician Kodie was just fabulous!! Kodie is knowledgable and very nice and friendly. We felt properly taken care of charged fairly and will be using them with all our needs moving forward. We received estimates on more work and are planning upgrades now.

I had a corroded flex line o my tankless Water heater and Had Fenwick come out to assess. Jesse and his partner were very courteous and explained what needed to be done and got the job done. They were thorough and My system is now good as new. I had the system flushed as well which saved me another appointment. I was very satisfied with the appointment process and customer service leading right up to the appointment.

Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!! Pricing was great (we thought it was going to be way more than it was) and we also received a 10% discount so make sure you check out the coupons/discounts listed on their website. We're very happy with our new utility sink. We're glad that we chose Fenwick and blessed that Khan took the call and made it happen. You guys now have a customer for life and we sure will spread the word. Thank you so much!!

Two Plummers showed up an hour after I requested the on-line service, which was wonderful!! The reason for only 2 stars is bc HONESTLY is a HUGE factor when I give a company repeated business. The young men that showed up were pleasant, worked hard, and did complete the job. I always double check the work completed. So after they left, I found the outside sewer pipe had a big chip leaving it in exposed to weather and air. I believe the workers were looking for a tip or didn’t want to disappoint the company. If companies would base raises or bonuses on customer surveys and cut out tips, they would have more repeating business. The company should provide shoe covers or workers should always take their shoes off without me telling them. Also, one of the guys carried his dirty, wet, work gloves into my house and shook them as he walked around in my bathroom. YES, I did find feces on my cabinet. No joke!! I went back and bleached my entire bathroom after they left!
The next day the same Plummer came back, fixed the broken pipe and apologized. I know accidents happen and I any very thankful for his help.

On Thursday, January 15, 2025, I called Fenwick Home Services to have a water softener installed at our residence. I was scheduled in for the next morning and was impressed by the quickness of the appointment. The next morning and on time, Plumber Technician, Rafael Serrano, of Fenwick Home Services, came to our house and installed the Whirlpool water softener. He could not have been more competent, professional and polite. He stayed focused and got the job completed well. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Five stars and highly recommended!

We were very pleased with this company. Our Technician Cody was skilled and did a wonderful job. The timing of everything was wonderful. We have a special needs son and everything was installed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company!!

I would definitely recommend Fenwick Services. I had a rusty gas pipe lines leak and they fixed it in a smooth same day and fast service. I am very satisfied with the work done by the technician Frank Lamia. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in a transparent manner and got the job well done. Frank you’re the best! Our technician Ron was the best! We have requested him several times and he exceeds our expectations. He explains everything he is doing or what we need to do and why. Then he efficiently performs the job he is professional and just a great guy. It is our daughters living there and it makes us nervous to have service people but Ron is so professional and takes great care of them. We will use him every time! Great employee!

We had emergency stopped up plumbing issue at 11:30 pm, causing all drains from the kitchen to the street to back up into the master shower.

We called and a super customer service rep answered the phone on the 2nd ring! He scheduled a call for 8:00 am the next morning and Shawn arrived on time and promptly solved the issue in just a few minutes.... which begs the question Why was the charge almost $600? That was a surprise... Fenwick has always been reasonably priced for my customers... I was totally surprised by the charge.

But, the service was great and Shawn was excellent.... he had super customer service skills.... courteous, friendly, and knew how to solve the problem quickly and effectively. He gets a "10"..... the highest-ranking!

The Technician Cody arrived on time and worked thoroughly to figure out my issue. He then did an excellent job explaining what was causing the problem and next steps for resolving it. He worked quickly and efficiently to get everything back in working order. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best technicians we have had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended!

I contacted Fenwick to unclog my shower drain. Cody came but after many attempts was not able to clear. He requested his manager Craig R. to come and give his assessment. Craig R. sent a senior tech member to try to clear. Dale W. arrived on time and cleared drain in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, polite, respectful of property and informative. I would definitely recommend company to others.

Fadi was great! Knowledgeable & thorough, took his time and made sure everything was not just good but flawless. Explained all the possible work solutions so we could pick what fit us and was within Fenwick policy. I’d highly recommend for plumbing repairs. Excited to have our pool bath back!

I’m very happy with the service I received from Fenwick today. We had a leaking spigot, and they had someone out within 24 hours to fix it. The technician arrived during the scheduled window, and I appreciated receiving a text beforehand with his name and photo so I knew who to expect. Brendan cleaned up the area well afterward and was very friendly throughout the process.

I had a hot water slab leak and decided to repipe instead of tear up the foundation looking for the leak. Michael and Jeremy did the work. They were professional, tidy and friendly. They even took care enough to cover the lower holes so my cats wouldn't be tempted to squeeze inside. There was some unique challenges with my home but they worked through them.
Every hole they cut in the walls was purposeful and done neatly. Emad expertly patched all the drywall. The supervisor Craig came by on different occasions to check on the work.
The repiping took about 3 and a half days including the inspection. I also had my 17 year old water heater replaced and am already seeing much lower electricity usage. Considering the work done and a couple other estimates the price was fair. I'm happy with the work and glad I chose Fenwick.
