James arrived on time, kept us informed of what he was doing and finished in a timely manner. This is our first experience with STRADA and they didn’t disappoint.

Just needed the thermostat replaced due to it shorting out. The tech was very kind and considerate of having carpet in the house, he took off his shoes right away. Wish there was more people that were friendly and knowledgeable in the industry. Great job!!

I had Adriel out today for one of my yearly maintenance jobs, and he did an outstanding job, very knowledgeable. I’ve had maintenance on my ac in the past but Adriel did a better job than anyone else before him, he actually did a full maintenance things others in the past had clearly skipped.

Pursuant to our back patio build, we have been planning for months, and had several electrician estimates along the way. I got in touch with Cory, and so glad that I did. As evidenced by the large “Strada“ sticker on my electrical panel, Corey advised that he was part and parcel of putting electrical systems in the houses where I live about 6 years ago. I received a professional, written estimate, where other companies/electricians simply couldn’t be bothered to put anything in writing about what they were gonna do. Strada was needed to put a “whip“ in for a new Sundance hot tub, along with installation of a few new outlets. Long story short, they showed up on time, were flexible with our patio build going on around them, and they completed their job with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, care, and attention that we could have asked for. We have no issue recommending Cory, and his team to anyone. The price was fair, the work was completed on time, and due to an oversight of the hot tub company, Cory sent out one of his team members a second time to make an adjustment to the length of the whip on the day of hot tub delivery because it came up slightly short. If you’re looking for an electrician in the surrounding Jacksonville towns, this is the place! If I were you, I’d ask for Corey and his team. We are grateful that we hired Strada JAX for the job. Strada Services Technicians were on-time, professional and explained every step of the process. Strada Techs ensured the worksite inside and out of the house was cleaned up as if they were never there. They inspected my existing setup and made improvements to my existing duct work to make it more efficient. Installation of the mini split system was well coordinated and professionally installed. Replacement of the whole house system was smooth and the AC was back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Strada Services for anyone looking to install, replace AC units or for periodic maintenance. Well Done!

Technicians were excellent. Was initially told replacement fan motor was covered under warranty but it was not when replacement installed. Was told replacement would be installed the next day but motor supplier was closed. Installed 3days later after cold spell. Administration sometimes is less than ideal. Have requested detailed invoices but have yet to received despite having made payment.

On Tuesday morning, April 15 2025, at 6:30 am, I had a Strada white pickup truck pull out into my travel lane without stopping at their stop light. I had to tap my brakes. After seeing this type of driving, I can't bring myself to hire Strada with the lack of respect. When I looked in my rearview mirror after Strada pulled out in front of me, there were no other vehicles behind me. The truck entered onto 295 eastbound toward the I-95 interchange. I'm including a map showing the Strada truck in a red line.

I would strongly advise you look elsewhere.

I paid $180 for them to come look at my issue (no heat). He was at the house for nearly an hour, and was determined the issue was a bad thermostat. I was not at all confident this was the issue, and just swapped my thermostats from my functioning upstairs unit to prove the point. Confirmed thermostat was not the issue.

Called another company to come for a 2nd opinion later the same day. Issue was found and fixed. Inline filter dryer was rusted/cracked, freon leaking (visible on the ground and by touch), and a dead capacitor that needed fixing. This technician was shocked a licensed technician (Strada) looked at this the same day (4 hours earlier) and told me the thermostat was the issue and left.

I contacted Strada and asked if they wanted to make it right, weeks have gone by, and no response from them. I took that as a no.

Michael came out to do an assessment of the required work. He was very pleasant and efficient.

The blower fan stopped working on the furnace. I called Strada and they sent Jeremiah out. He diagnosed the problem with the blower motor and, got the new motor and came back to replace it. It now works as expected. Total time from call to repair was six hours. Thank you Jeremiah. Strada’s fee policy is usurious. They charge a $144 fee to show up and diagnose the problem; okay. However, then they charge labor fees on top of that. If I elect to have the work done then they should apply that initial fee against the labor repair fee. Two hours of work amounted to $732! That’s not right!

Had Adrian come out to give my system a once over. As always he presented himself in a very professional manner and explained what he found while doing his maintenance. Pointed out some moisture issues inside the compressor and recommended a UV light. Didn’t really want to spend the money at this time, but because he has demonstrated his knowledge and expertise I decided to go with his recommendation. I am very pleased with Adrian and he represents Strada well.

Rey was outstanding! He was working in over 95 degree temperatures to do our install. It had to be close to 120 degrees in our attic. Luckily he only needed to be up there a very short time.
The company should have sent him with a helper. he never complained and he had to comeback the next day to complete the job. He did an excellent job. We have Strada Security and this is the first time that we used them for electric. Their prices were fair and they did quality work.
Rey really took pride of workmanship and that is something that is rarely seen these days!

Is there a reason why this driver can weave in and put of traffic on St. Johns parkway and cut people off driving at a high rate of speed heading to old 210? Then speed through the South Hampton neighborhood which has a 25mph sign posted. Currently parked at the intersection of E. Banister and Trafalgar CT. acting like he's lost. Why don't your vehicles have license plates?? None of your phone numbers work.

I was very very pleased with Strada. When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady was very professional, thorough, and understanding. They were able to get me a tech the same day. We had Riley come to our rescue. He was very thorough and was able to find the problem quickly.
