Our AC broke for a third time today. This time I did not even bother with this company and instead went with Wilson Air. It is the same issue that it was the last time, once again due to bad parts installed by this company. I would suggest giving your money to a better local company that ensures they use good equipment.

We bought a newly built home at the end of 2019 and the AC has broken on us twice already. First in October 2020, where I would have had to pay $1000 for a repair due to bad parts THEY installed. Luckily our serviceman talked to his manager and had them warrantied out since our warranty had literally just ended not a month prior. Now, 3 months later our system is not working again and I’m waiting to see what’s wrong with it this time.

Our repairman Sam has been awesome every time he comes out. This time our thermostat had broken, which apparently is a common problem with the brand (Honeywell), and Sam fixed it at no cost. Customer service is great on his end, but I am still not a fan that this company uses equipment that just does not last.

We continue to use Air to Air to service our two year old home’s heating and cooling needs. They are reliable and timely. Our most recent service by Chris T. reinforced our perception of their continued commitment to excellence and superior customer service. Highly recommend their service!!!!

The most unreliable & unprofessional air conditioning company that I have ever dealt with. Each time You talk to them they have a different excuse as to why your problem wasn’t resolved. I spoke with them early last month about a problem that I was having, they sent someone out and he couldn’t resolve the problem so he put in a ticket. Ever since then I’ve received nothing but lies in reference to someone coming out and lies about dates/times someone was supposed to come out. I hate that I have to deal with they are a part of my home warranty at this time. Totally clueless.

Chris T was great during my 6 month maintenance check. On time, professional, clean and explained how to care for my unit. Highly recommend Air to Air, Chris and Brandon who also came during a service call and fixed an issue recently.

Brandon came out and assisted us. He was fast and efficient. We have cold air now and we are very Happy. We even signed up for their annual contract so we can prevent outages like this one. Highly recommend!

Chris T was the best technician that came out to the house. He gave me knowledge on the unit and took care of the problem with great professionalism. I will always ask for him

Brandon was PHENOMENAL! He came out on Good Friday, after hours to our newly closed on home to see why our AC wasn't working. Come to find out the install wasn't completed correctly. He finished a job that he had nothing to do with originally, and he did it with grace, professionalism, and a great attitude! Thanks and kudos to Brandon!

Called this morning because a/c was out. Chris T was the technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running . House was already cooling off by the time he finished his paperwork. Excellent customer service!

Air to Air installed the HVAC unit at our new home. We’ve just moved in so I don’t have anything to say about their installation - but I want to rave about the customer service I received from Chelsea! I first called the manufacturer’s 800 number to register our air handler & condenser. The fellow there said he had registered them and that I had a 10 year parts warranty. Then I called Air to Air to see if there was anything I needed to register with them. Chelsea went the extra mile to make sure my units had been registered correctly. It turned out they had not actually been registered! They weren’t in the system at all!! I had a similar experience at my old home and after 8 years had to replace the whole system out of pocket because it was never properly registered! Chelsea registered my new units and had a confirmation email generated to prove it had been done. I couldn’t be more grateful!! In my opinion Chelsea deserves a raise! Kathy Maloney

So glad we chose Air to Air for our maintenance after builder warranty expired. The service technician, Brandon, did a great job servicing our unit and took extra time to adjust an airflow issue we didn't realize was causing circulation issues throughout the house. Five stars!

Would give a zero but it won't let me.
So this is going to be a little long but I would read this if you want to save your hard earned cash.

I WOULD NOT have air to air do any work on my home. I purchased a brand new DR Horton home in 2020. My AC unit is exactly 4 years old as of this post. The AC wasn't cooling the house properly when we moved in so I called the contractor who put in my unit; as it was still under warranty (Air to Air / Carrier). I had rooms not cooling and some that would be freezing. They sent there lead technician to check on the issue because they had replaced my ducting already.

Their lead technician put in writing that the unit installed in my home was TOO SMALL FOR THE SIZE OF MY HOUSE and was causing it to be overworked. I currently have a 3.5 ton unit. After the technician left he wrote in his paperwork (which I have a copy) that the unit was to small for the home, could have mold issues in the future due to poor airflow and the ducting needed to be rerouted again.

A few days later I get a call from the manager saying that he wanted to come look at it. He came to my home with a lead engineer, who I frankly think he was lying about his title. I told them both that their lead technician who they said does all the best work says that the unit is to small for my home (2400 sq ft).

He began to argue with me and say the technician doesn't know what he is talking about and it was based on the window/door placement. So I replied "why the hell did you send him if you don't believe what he is telling you in order to fix the problem"? He just continued with "this is what the engineers put in the paperwork". They did the ducting but never addressed the issues with the outside unit or the airflow. The temps did get better after the ducting but would not talk about the other issues and said plainly we will not put in a bigger unit.

Fast forward to today (10/2/24). I now have to completely replace my entire system 4 years later; because the outside unit is overworked and parts are beginning to fail and will not cool fast enough; while the inside unit has started to get mold and cannot push enough air while constantly having drain issues.

I got two quotes today from separate companies and guess what they said; "sir the unit that was installed in this house is not the right size and you need an minimum of a 4 ton unit and I don't know how they passed inspection with this work or unit".

I now have to come out of pocket $11,000 for an issue that I addressed to AIR to AIR in 2021and it was completely disregarded. No one should be buying an new AC system 4 years into a new construction home. They only cared about the money and not the customer and kept putting band aids on my problem.

Little do they know that other homes on my street are having the same problem and we will be addressing it as a whole.

At this point I am getting an attorney to file a lawsuit. I have kept every piece of paper since I have bought my home and can prove they knew this was an issue. I would not go anywhere near this company and tell everyone to pay a little more for better work, quality and customer service. They will screw you in the long run because you will be replacing a unit long before the shelf life.

No Complaints! We have had an annual contract for 8 years after a new system was installed. Never an issue and always on time for our semi-annual service. Whenever we have questions, they are very accommodating to answer our questions. Latest technician was Chris T; he was very professional and thorough.

Chris T. came for a warranty call with same day service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend Air to Air over competitors.

This company sucks my a/c was not cooling I called them because they were listed on my ac unit because my home was a new build back in 2021. The man came named Reginald came out to check it and told me my coils are dirty and they need to be cleaned and it is going to cost 375 and that will fix the problem. He told me he checked the coolant and everything was fine. He lied and I had to pay 90 dollars for him to diagnose it. They were suppose to come out yesterday and told me they cannot give me a time frame they are going to call when on they way. I called AC Ninja LLC in Jax and they got straight to the problem said my coolant was low and my valve was broke and resolved the issue right away. Don’t walk RUN away from this company.

Hi. Air to Air installed and has been providing routine maintenance service for ac for 4 years. To date, thankfully, we have had no real issues with the system! The office has been able to set up appointments and informs of arrival timeframe day of service. The technicians have all been courteous and efficient. This time, Chris T performed the ac inspection and service. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He also was gave me the opportunity to ask any questions or voice any concerns I had.. which is appreciated. I did have some minor concerns , but he took the time to give me some explanations and advice for follow up. He was also quick to help me with some minor adjustments..that easily could have been overlooked…so I appreciate that as well! Sometimes it’s just nice to just get someone who’s willing and able to answer your questions and a little help goes a long way! Thanks Chris! 5 ⭐️

I did my normal service check up,the technician Chris came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system and explained everything about what he was doing by the time he was finished I understood what was wrong with my unit and the cost of the repairs. I would have Chris back to service my unit.
