My air conditioner wasn't working and they came out on a weekend to help me out. Fran was very delightful and I told him he's the fastest AC repair guy in Jacksonville. He was very humble but I sincerely mean it. His customer service is fantastic and I highly recommend him. They were done fixing my unit in less than 30 minutes.

I’ve been working with these guys for over 10 years and they’ve done work on multiple homes for our family. They are extremely responsive, communicate clearly, and their pricing is very fair compared to others out there. Best experience with any AC company or repair service. I have had several bad experiences with other companies trying to sell repairs not needed. Hamid made no attempt to upsell or finding phantom issues that need repair. He was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue and repaired it. I will always use Einstein going forward and the refer them to everyone. It's like when I'm you find that honest mechanic you never let them go.
