Went there to purchase a very specific sized air filter for my carrier ac. Procedure is you have to call them, place your order and then someone will bring your purchase outside.
I called and waited 30 minutes in my car with the message increasing my wait time to 18 minutes when I hung up.
Huge waste of time.
