I had my Generac unit serviced today by a very competent and friendly technician. He arrived on time and after explaining what he was going to do, he went right to work. In the wrap up, he gave me a clear explanation of the health of my unit and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and competent.

The Double A tech person was extremely knowledgeable and a real gentleman answered all my questions and gave me a good overview of the working of the unit. We appreciated all his hard work.

Johnny was our technician who came out and did our HVAC maintenance and service and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was shown the results of all of the things checked and given an in depth review of all of the components and how the are functioning. I was not hassled into any unnecessary upsales either which was refreshing.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and explained every to me. Definitely recommend Coleman and Jiontez.

It’s not often you find a company that truly delivers on every level, but Double A did just that. From the start, the communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the entire process was handled with professionalism. Why aren’t there 6 stars. Truly can say the level of professionalism and education provided was second to none I’ve never heard of a company that doesn’t try to sell or upsell unnecessary services or items. To trust an AC company is rare and a great feeling to have someone you can count on. I’m grateful for Double A. Highly recommending them is probably the understatement of 2026. I called to make appointment for AC cleaning I was able to get Appointment pretty quickly. They sent a text out to let me know the technician was on his way and a picture so that I would know who was coming to my Home. The technician was very respectful and efficient. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

They came out replaced circuit board, under warranty but did but it did not fix the problem. Said the thermostat and offered to sell us one for $900. We said No. Husband replaced it and not the problem. Paid them $1300 for no fix. Got someone else. They found and fixed the burned wire in 20 minutes for $250. Use this company at your own risk.

Just had our generator maintenance done and, as always, it was another perfect experience. Our tech was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Appreciate the team at Double AA!

Our experience with Double A has been great since our first connection with one of their office representatives, Kaitlyn. She was kind, thorough and honest throughout the entire process. Their technicians, Jacob and Matthew, came out and installed our unit today. We are very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. They performed a removal of our previous unit and installation of a Goodman unit. They took their time (almost 10 hours) and did everything right.

Great service and prices. They replaced 2 units for us and were here all day long. They did their work and left us alone, it wasn't even a thing that they were here. I appreciated that because normally service people interrupt the whole day while they're doing repairs/installations.

They included smart thermostats and even showed us how to use them. Double A is very professional and clean, my ac closets are now spotless. Highly recommend this company, we've been using them for years.

We were hired by prosponsive logistics to deliver a load from San Antonio to this facility they got us on tracking they team knew the eta they load us 3 hours and half late and they didn’t make an appointment to the new eta we got to the receiver 12:30 pm and they refused to receive the load this was on Friday we hold the load hole weekend because they told us that they will send us a updated rc and what they did was deduct 250 for late delivery and don’t pay layovers will make responsible shipper and receiver liable for the remaining payment under Bol laws
