Brandon, technician from Five Star Heating and Air came out for a diagnostic on my Trane. Quickly determined it was a mother board burn out. Got that replaced and Brandon tidied up some loose wiring inside the unit and also on the outside unit. Brandon was very thorough and explained everything. We texted Brandon in the morning and he got back to us shortly after. He quickly responded to let us know what time he could get to our house and diagnose the problem. The condensation pump needed to be replaced. Brandon gave an estimate on the spot. The job was done within a couple of hours. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. We had an in-ground propane tank and a generator installed. We are also in the middle of building a pool, so our backyard is already destroyed.

It was a pleasure dealing with their sales staff and their installers. They were professional and very helpful. The installation was seamless. It took a day, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a tank or generator.

Double A is a company not to trust. I paid (a lot of money ) for their service to install a Generator for my new home .That was a year ago and the permit for the Generator is still open . Which means the city hasn't sign off on their work. I have contacted Double A many time to set this right. A waste on time . They turned a deaf ear on me. I am now paying out of MY POCKET to correct the work they have done so I can get the City to sign off on the Generator. P.S. they really need to turn off their recorded message when they put you on hold. (All B.S.!!!) Connie Johnson St. Augustine Fla

Fantastic job by Matthew and Jack of Double A. They arrived early, and stayed very late, replacing our 18 year old generator with a new Generac. I would highly recommend Double A to anyone looking to buy a generator. Great company to work with from start to finish.
