I bought a Generac generator from Double A Generators because out of several estimates, they had the best price. The installers, Jacob and his team, Jack and Justin arrived early, worked throughout the day and did a perfect job installing the generator. Jacob kept me informed every step of the job including when they had to turn off the power for a while. He arranged for all permit inspections and went through the instructions and setting up the app when they were finished. He and his team were thorough, professional, and did excellent work. I highly recommend Double A Generators.

Double A handles our generator maintenance and repair and is always punctual, professional, technically competent and fair minded in their dealings with their customers. Alex Sand is really terrific - highly recommend.

Jacob was our tech for the annual service, he was excellent! Once he arrived he went over the generator and it's associated equipment. He was very quick and thorough! After performing the load test he had some suggestions to help with the longevity of the generator. I highly recommend Jacob and he is s definite asset to his company!

I called and got Angie on the phone, she is very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and believe me I had a lot of them. I recommend Double A for all of your HVAC needs!

Elijah did an excellent job explaining everything to me. He recommended a new backup battery for my Generac at the cost of $1295. After a call to the office the price dropped to $995. I took his advice on changing the battery but I bought it someplace else.

The service tech just left and did an awesome job explaining everything he did and why. Other company's techs come in, do a maintenance
or fix a problem and leave. AA techs are the best

This company left unsecured fliers thrown onto lawns, porches, and driveways throughout our neighborhood. Because they weren’t attached to doors or handles, they blew everywhere and created widespread litter.

Many homes clearly display “No Soliciting” signs, which the owner later admitted employees were instructed to ignore. That alone is rude and unprofessional.

What was most concerning was the owner’s response. He stated that he hired people with learning disabilities and then quickly placed blame on them, even stating they would be fired. Regardless of intent, shifting responsibility onto employees instead of taking accountability as a business owner was inappropriate. He has also refused to clean the mess his company has made.

This does not appear to be an isolated issue, as the company already has numerous poor reviews citing similar concerns.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

Called company as a new customer around 9am; they were at my house within 2 hours to rip out old and install new HVAC system. Their price beat the other company estimates by quite a bit. The two Techs sent to the house were there all day working well into the evening hours due to the complexity of the job and could not have been more pleasant to be around. The experience is the best I have ever had with an AC Company in Jacksonville and I would recommend them to everyone.

Mathew and Kisle were extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. They were very detailed and extremely clean throughout the entire set up. Will definitely recommend Double A to all our friends and family members. 👍🏼👍🏼

AA technician came by to service my fairly new complete a/c system. He was very thuorro friendly and professional. cleaned everything from the air unit compressor and drain line. checked the starter & capacitor......5 stars across the board

Jason has always taken excellent care of our Generac. We are constantly getting power outages because of the trees in our area and it always is a good feeling that our generator is well maintained.
