Betros plumbing deserves 5++ stars for their quality of service, friendliness, reliability, honesty and knowledge and skills to repair and install all things plumbing. Gerald showed up at 10pm at night with complete professionalism and kindness to help us with a leak. He was diligent to repair the leak completely before leaving, assuring us that everything was working properly before he left. I asked him to come back to install several toilets, hookup a couple of vanities and faucets and repair a water shutoff. Betros scheduled him right away and he arrived with Onner to knock everything off the list. Once again, 5++ star service all around. Willy also stopped in to bring supplies and help. They are the best! I am calling Betros tomorrow to request for more plumbing help. I’m so thankful to have stumbled on them during an emergency google search. I highly recommend Betros Plumbing!

I am so very happy with the service that I received from Betros Plumbing! Will and Tino work diligently to finish repairing the valve in my shower/tub. They never gave up, even though it proved somewhat difficult with calcium buildup. They had the best attitude. Such professionalism. I am a customer for life. Best service ever ! I needed some last minute help with my gas fire pit and reached out to Betros Plumbing. Not only did they keep their word about same day service, they worked within my tight time constraints. Gerald Howell went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, professional and worked quickly to resolve our problem. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Betros was awesome and easy to work with. We had a clogged drain late in the day, Justin and Kennard came out the next morning and took care of the issue. They were very professional, explained what they found, and gave recommendations for how to avoid the issue in the future. Definitely recommend these guys!

Well me and my wife have a 1 year old baby and a water line blew. Mr Will the man got out here first thing this morning and was absolutely the most professional gentleman you could meet. His professionalism was impeccable. Very quick, extremely thorough, and did to leave til he checked every square inch of this house and all the pipes. I have never been more impressed. Will be having you guys and Will come back out to help with another project next week. But the emergency service and first class customer service provided by Will and your team is as good as it gets. Two years later the water heater has failed. Leaking and not delivering hot water to the house. I called Betros Plumbing to request a service call to look at the water heater, and to possibly initiate a warranty replacement since it is still under a manufacturer's warranty (its only 2 years old). The lady I spoke too was not helpful --- at all, and said they are not taking service calls and, basically, that I should go elsewhere. Since they were the original installers, it only made sense to go back to the original installer (as was the sensible recommendation from 2 other plumbing companies). She could not understand the logic in this. She could not wrap her brain around this and kept saying those companies are lying to me. WOW. So, now I am in search of another plumbing company to file the warranty claim and perform the installation of the new heater. I would not recommend any company that refuses to stand behind their work. Betros Plumbing does not stand behind their work!

Betros plumbing is A1! Couldn’t be more satisfied. The team that came out went above and beyond. Kodie and his partner are best in class. The owner of the company is a great man as well, thorough and professional. I had a water heater installed and they made efficient work of it. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Great experience with betros plumbing! I had an overflowing kitchen sink and they were able to come out within an hour of me calling. The two guys who came out were efficient and professional and even were kind enough to explain everything to my curious 6 year old. This is the second time we have used betros plumbing, and will continue for future needs!

Prompt service.Gerald Howell was a friendly and professional technician. These guys are hands down the best in the business. It’s a family feel and I trusted every part of the process with them. Gerald diagnosed the issue, got the part ordered and fixed the problem. He even took extra time to explain what caused the failure in my system. If I ever have another plumbing problem they will be my first call!

Team showed up quickly to help us with a spigot that our landscaper ran over. They got the job done quickly, were reasonable, courteous, and professional.

They were awesome! Called prior to appointment time to let me know they were on the way, showed up & took care of the issue & left. Very professional & pleasant. Will definitely be using Betros Plumbing in the future….highly recommend them!

Issue was fixed but it shouldn’t have been an issue if it was verified before they left on Friday. Apparently no one checked. Also the massive Sheetrock hole on my kitchen was unacceptable . It went from one issue to a larger issue. It’s a puzzle to put back together. Looks like it wasn’t measured correctly.

I first researched Betros plumbing and they had one of the highest rating with decent amount of feedback. It’s an honor to add another great feedback and our experience with Betros plumbing company. Their employees you can tell that they have buy in regards to the company’s vision. Brydon and Sam are 2 of possibly many of the best advocates to this company bar none. Hopefully their leadership would grant them opportunities to lead their new hires and do great things for Betros as they continue to grow. Brydon and Sam are consummate professionals, courteous, informative and kept our stress levels down throughout the process. The pricing for the fix was beyond fair. They left the work area clean. We needed to replace a rusty faucet in our condo kitchen sink. Jay Wade showed up exactly on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. He left no mess behind and took all the old faucet parts with him. Very efficient and professional job. We love BETROS Plumbing
