Mark was very professional and provided great customer service for his employer Rolland! Will be using them again in the future if the need presents itself.

My call was received with enthusiasm and a technician was sent out promptly. Abraham resolved the problem quickly and professionally. He even took a minute to talk to the dog!

Had a wonderful experience working with Justin, Claudio, and Ryan. I was happy with Rolland Reash back in 2008 when they repiped my first house, and they were such a pleasure to work with this time around as well. They did so much good work for us, they really cared and wanted to help. Super honest about pricing, helped me find ways to keep the cost down, overall just a great experience. Highly recommend.

(10/9) I take this review back- Just called now and regardless of how long we have used them, the front desk person could not locate any information on their system and did not even bother to keep us as a customer and asked the landlord to call back although I, the property manager, have always called and booked for services for numerous properties. Very weird and left an unpleasant experience. Will be looking for another provider.

I had a sewer back up after moving into my home for two days Roland plumbers sent Eli out to repair my issue and he was amazing. He provided exceptional customer service. He explained to me everything along the way of what he was doing and what caused the back up? I really do appreciate Eli, normally my little dog doesn’t like anyone but he made friends with Eli right away.

Our technician was very polite and professional. Very quickly took care of the shower cartridge problem, and installed a new one. Double checked to make sure the cartridge didn’t leak. Very fast job came out the same day.

Rolland Reash has always been reliable. Some jobs may be longer than others but they get the job done. I've used them on a few other properties I worked at. So I'm glad I can use them again on my current property.

These guys did a phenomenal job! The father-and-son duo showed up right on time and were very respectful of our home. They worked neatly, kept everything clean, and were outstanding to work with. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Customer service was top notch and they were able to schedule quickly. The plumber they sent was very professional and friendly. He was able to locate the leak quickly without cutting excessive holes in the drywall. I would use them again.

I called and had a plumber out to fix my leaking second floor shower drain within two hours of the initial phone call.

The gentleman was professional to a tee, and had the whole job completed within less than two hours.

Compared to two other plumbers who I had gotten estimates from about the leak, the cost was about 60% the price of the local competition.

I had an excellent experience and couldn't recommend them enough!

We had Mark come out to an emergency leak on Saturday, he was here quickly and fixed everything efficiently and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and let us know what went wrong and what exactly he was doing to repair it. I recommend Rolland, the customer service was great and the prices were very fair. Will use them again in the future.

From the first phone call to the guys who came to fix my sink they were all very nice. They were available the same day and were fast and efficient. I am so thankful the work was able to be done the same day!

I came home after a week long work trip to find that my laundry room ceiling was soaked - maintenance at my apartment called for a tech to come out and take a look and they were on site very quickly! (super impressed especially since it was a Friday) Abraham was the technician who came out to fix the leak for me, and he did an outstanding job. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I really appreciate Abraham’s expertise and friendly attitude. 🙂

Excellent efficient repair and shower head installation. Also retrieved my favorite charm from the sink trap - could not speak more highly of our plumber - we have used Rolland Reash Plumbing for several repairs and installations and the service is always excellent, On time and complete. Highly recommend!

One of the best. Encountered a plumbing issue over the weekend that would have left us with the water off until Monday. April who works dispatch, was very kind as well as detailed in determining what was needed. The technician Mark identified the issue, knew exactly what was necessary to fix the problem and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great people, great business.

This was our second time using Rolland Reash plumbing. Thomas (our plumber).called when he was on his way and let me know he was 20-30 minutes away. Then arrived right on time. He was very personable but still professional. He explained each procedure he was doing and let me know what was happening each step. I would use them again without thinking twice!
